99.9% of all AG users spam without knowing it sometimes... it really shouldnt be an issue unless you do it a whole lot... and also it is almost impossible to weed out all of the spam on AG and sometimes it is hard to tell what is and what is not spam

That is true.
I have seen many AG users I know spamming in game comments with a few words like "good game" or "stupid game".
Even users who supposedly do not spam, spam.
So, yeah the moderators have spammed. They are humans, like us. They are not gods, they are not perfect. Sometimes their spam is funny.
If it's a temporary ban, they can un-ban and wait it out, if it's a permanent ban the account gets deleted and no, they cannot be unbanned. You cannot use the same username as a banned person did, though. That info is still stored in the database.
