this is gonna be the help topic where everyone can share their information to help people out if they are stuck on some part of the game, and also you can share glitches/cheats whatever you have to share to help people out.

Implosion would hurt the baron really bad lol. It's a good move for somebody who takes phat DOT like that. But you posted that over a month ago so I'm sure you know by now .
Get as many stuns as you can and learn to time them to hit him right before he puts that buff on. If you have a heavy hitter like brute bio or hot hydro, you should just be able to take him down slowly, and a stun or two would help a lot. If you have somebody like speed bio, hit him with a huge hit, then keep stunning him with Crystallize or Break as much as you can. If you are a cold hydro, respec.
I've done Shadow, Lightning, and Hybrid psycho (hybrid is my favorite) but I hear there is a tank build for it too, with Tenacity, shield, and those two buffs for your teammates. I've actually done two shadow builds...
Besides bio, are there any other classes that have abilities that scale with speed? What will a speed-based psycho do? (That's what I'm trying right now)
Go fast. Not get hit. Crit all the time. That's it. I haven't seen any other speed skills in other classes, at least not ones I can think of off the top of my head.
ok i am right near the end i am in utopia but there are these imposible guys i cant remember what they are but on there first move they do some thing that shields them from 3000 damage and heals themselfs 300 each turn for 99 turns HELP!!!!!!!!
Those are city council: first, what class/subclass are you? If you're a cold hydro, once it begins, set Roald to relentless, and attack each of the city council, 1 by 1. You want to try to kill them equally, so they won't have a chance for state of emergency>be seated>courtorder--guranteed 1HKO. If they DO get state of emergency, spam mind freeze/flash freeze on them. In general: 300 hp heal isn't a lot, Roald can easily do that much, and 3000 damage same thing, 3-4 (MAYBE 5) and the shield's down, the shield just adds 3000 hp to the city council. It's actually less than desperate shield by Captain Hunt...and I assume you managed to destroy his shield because you're in Dystopia.
for hydrolic, just get avenger form, decimate, wreck, demolish, vapour cannon, and the heal green thingy. (2 wreck and 2 demolish) Get these as high as you can and you are good to go for the game.
