I browsed through this topic to take a look and see any advice that might come in handy and i have a question: What's with the baron?Why does EVERYBODY think he is hard?In fact,he is one of the easiest bosses in the whole game.Whoever goes head on to the baron is going to get his face smashed.But guess what!It takes a moment of thought,maybe there is a tactic or a different strategy than simply bashing his head in! Every class has a move that drains focus and you need NOTHING else to pummel the baron.That's it

Make sure everybody survives the first round, then disable the dogs. Keep them stunned (or at least debuffed) and ultimately kill them first.
For some reason, whenever you have a triple mob and the middle one has a defensive move, they will ALWAYS use that move on the person above them when somebody needs it. With caretaker, that's not that useful. If you are weak health-wise, attack the top dog because the caretaker puts the damage buffs on that one.
sure you have to train, you need 2 levels and whatever equip you will find will buff you about 1.5 times all stats
Firetail_madness, have you ever caught Immobilize just before you go Shadow Blend? Sure enough the 10k strike breaks the shield.
I have found another trick with their shields: if you break them a shield and they will recast Force Field before it expires, they don't get the shield back up, so you can easily drop the guard. And if you fail to break through and they recast, the shield is not replenished, so it's more of a one-time thing, unless you won't make him able to recast while it's still up, if so, you are to break through the second time. But when you will face two of them later on, they can guard themselves, and this move WILL raise the shield back up to full strength (60*str), so drop the third person first.
About defencive moves - with 3 enemies against you, the top person tends to use his buffs on the bottom one, and both others tend to buff the top one. So if the center one is the buffer, you attack the bottom one first, he won't get healed/buffed, and if the top one is a buffer, you attack the center one.
Either: spam stuns and silences and hope he doesn't activate the shield OR: put subversion/retrograde on him and watch as he damages himself and kills himself!
