Children of Men was a great movie. Not for the kiddies out there but if you're mature enough to watch it then I recommend it.

V for Vendetta and Forest Gump were also good. Pretty much all the movies mentioned so far actually.

I liked 300 the movie, it was quite good, and had quite a bit of action
