I can do epic nukes if I have 3 buffs activated in this order - Predator form (10% Damage bonus), Toxicant form (40% damage bonus, instantly heals off the hp used for predator form), Shadow Blend (400% Speed, Need I Say moar?)
I attempt to improve the nuke further by spending the first of the attack turns doing agile exposure (it always crits for me, and the 100% damage bonus rolls over into the next turn, and THEN vicious strike(which would deal 150% moar damage than a crit with just the Shadow Blend (10% from final turn of Predator mode, 40% from last turn of Toxicant mode (IT LASTS 3 TURNS, NOT 4!) and the 100% from agile exposure, and then the nuke damage from the piercing bonus Shadow Blend provides.

I use the same sequence though I start with corrosion (+35% /8 turns) and hit with withdrawal instead of vicious. Does almost 34k against the mayor.

Nice find about Clemon's gloves. I still think it`s better to use those of secret police. Even if you use shadow blend, it`s not worth to sacrificing more than 4 strength points for each extra point of speed.

It's actually 5 speed to one strength in shadow blend (it increases your speed by 400%, meaning it adds on 400%, if you look at level 1 shadow blend, it increases speed by 100%, that means it must be 200% speed for level 1 shadow blend, because it can't be 100% speed).

Anyhow, I still don't feel good about using zone 3 gloves in zone 5, there are other benefits to the zone 5 equips (more strength for more damage out of shadow blend, more vitality for more survivability).

I'm still testing out physical piercing vs. extra speed/strength right now for my speed bio. Why? Because speed and strength increase normal damag eof attacks, and physical piercing increase the probability of criticals and the damage of criticals.

It seems to me so far that when facing high level enemies it`s best investing on strength and speed. Though I need to test it further before I`m 100% sure.

Why put points into strength if you are using a speed Bio? You can get your speed up to 600+ if you invest them all in speed...

At least, I think you can (I can get 600+ with Strength form in strength so I assume you might in speed form as well)

Yeah, STR determines the damage on your Vicious Strikes or Slash just as well as speed. I'm not sure if I want to get a zone 3 item on zone 5 either.

I was just messing around with my equipment on my speed build today, and found that the Specialist set can do 12k damage combined with Sharp Skills and Shadow Blend. This KO's the majority of enemies and monsters in the game... you can follow it up with a Speed Blended attack to finish the monster if it doesn't.

I'm not entirely sure just how much is it doing though; I KO the Guardian Serpent (the one with the Mayor) with around 10k damage. The Guardian has 9.2k hp with 3k worth of shield. Against the Mayor, I land about 12k damage, but it is possible the Mayor, being the final boss, holds more armor than other units.

Don't forget that you hold a level advantage over all enemies in the game if your level 30. And each level you get a passive boost to all your piercing stats, including physical piercing, if you mouse over the piercing descriptions, they all say "to an opponent of the same level", so if your against a lower leveled opponent, piercing will make you crit more, crit stronger, and even passively increase non-crits a bit too.

As it is right now i think piercing may be more important than just speed equips, but if your going up against a level 30 opponent on the other hand, where you don't get the level advantage, it might be beneficial to just increase your strength and speed to increase your non-crit damage.

No... I've invested everything into speed, even resorting to using a Zone 3 item (the gloves with the highest speed bonus in the game). The highest I've ever gone is 463. Yes, strength can get as high as 600 because of all the items that have high strength bonuses like the secret police armor and emerald death with +185 Strength. The weapon or armor with the highest speed bonus is either Death Sentence or Supremacy (which glitches in PvP I assume, but that's from my experience) with a +66 Speed. The highest bonuses the armor sets give is a +35 from the Specialist Bodywear, and it's all downhill from there.

I highly doubt speed can even go past 500 by normal means.

Well that's kind of sucky.

All my other characters are going to get stats in the 600's...

On the other hand, with Shadow Bend, it'll be x5 for those 2 turns I can attack.

463 x5 = 2315

... nowhere near an 80k hit with Predator form + Toxicant Form + Shadow Blend + Withdrawal.

But I can see how poison form still is attractive to some people.
