welll......i dont know if this is just a glitch or something but i found the emerald death after i defeated the magical monkey thingy.....HONEST!!!!!!!!!!im telling the truth.

is that teh wepon that the mayor is wielding?

Mayor is weilding the Plasma stick or some stupid weapon. You can buy it in Zone 5. However, he DROPS Death Sentence

but where does wrath of the council drop, anyone?

The Council Members drop Wrath of the Council...

I personally don't think supremacy is one of the best weapons in the game. Emerald death is the best for strength characters, wrath of council is best for instinct characters, death sentence is good for roald and also for strength characters. Supremacy is inferior to emerald death and death sentence if for strength, and inferior to wrath of the council in instinct.

Legendary Items are the ones with the gold title right?

Those aren't legendary weapons...I have many of the same twice. Mostly full Mayor, and a bunch of uber weapons.
