Okay, I think I brought this spam inviting hobby to AG on accident, and I have seen people spam unnecessarily, and for artistic purposes I do not want Dragon Cave censored (I like to post my sprites along with my drawings of them).
I'm not advertising their site, I just want a thread for those of us who enjoy the dwaggies. I think that's alright.

So I create this thread for all of us to share eggs and hatchlings experiences in so that they can hopefully get a few more views and grow up.
I also greatly recommend anyone who wish to join this "game" to visit the Dragon Cave forum for tips, news, and hints for their egg hunt.

If you want to ensure that your eggs hatch, get an account on a place like Daily Dragon Fix and put your eggies and hatchies up for viewing.

I think that was it. I guess everyone can post their eggs here, along with at least a sentence - I don't want any spam going on, and no multiple posting the same egg. I will delete spam made here.

Currently they are have peppermint dragons available, it's the Christmas special, and I have managed to get two. :3

I think they are only supposed to hatch at the 3.5 days point and that's if your very lucky. It also takes a lot of patiences (and cookies!). My eggs don't hatch till about the 3-2.5 days point.


But.. but... but... I already gave them cookies.


I want them hatched.

Question, How do you get your eggs and hatchlings to other people?


You and your partners have to make a certain time to trade.

Trading is when you abandon an egg for a certain somebody to take.

There are 3 steps to trading:

Step 1: Tell your dragon's 4 digit code to your friend, tell your friend to put the code in the brackets in the example (the code is case sensitive, so if your code is BuTt, tell you friend to put exactly that in the brackets).

Example: http://dragcave.net/abandoned/(your code)

Step 2: Give your friend of the time you will abandon the egg/hatchling.

Example: you could abandon the egg at 12:00 and you friend could start refreshing at 11:59.

Step 3: Either your friend gets the egg/hatchling or it's been taken already by somebody.(If you friend starts refreshing at 12:00 he should stop at 12:02 if he didn't get it.)

I would normally be able to tell you, but they took away the exact times so now it's random =(
SO NOW you just have to get a lot of clicks and wait for it to hatch/grow up, assuming it does...

A very rare cousin of the common Vine and Black dragons, they're obtained through breeding and look different. The hatchlings tend to be darker so you know if it's an alt. right after it hatches, the eggs used to be darker too but that feature was removed.

Bwwwahahah! More commons since I can't get rares =P

Commons are...
Common Blacks, Common Vines, Pinks, Whites, Purples, Fogs, Pebbles Guardians, Reds, Waters, Magi, Skywings, Stones, and Spilts. Seasonals can count as commons too, but I just keep them in their own little category =P
I won't tell you the rares, but if it doesn't go in that particular list, then it's a rare! Or an event/holiday, some people count those as separate like Seasonals.
I don't care what I have, I just don't want duplicatesss.

I enjoy having a lot of my favourite dragons, plus it's easier if I need to breed a certain kind of dragon. Although I'm not particularly happy with the number of Vines on my scroll >_>

Naw. At least not in my book. You can call them uncommon though if you want

Splits are probably alone in the uncommon group though, maybe Stones can join them.
