no one ever calculated I think, some person might gear self for speed plus piercing, and hit some prison guard for some 20k+ with just a slash because of a huge level difference.

You never got your questions answered, firetail .

I don't know about the armors, since I sold them and don't know those stats off the top of my head. If one of them has lightning piercing, don't get that one. That's all I know.

But usually two-handed weapons are much better than two one-handed ones. They are just way more powerful. I guess that's because you can be a little more flexible with two weapons. The only times I ever used two weapons was in Z1 :P when there are no weapons, and a speed bio (two weapons that increase speed and phys piercing, one Z4 and one Z5 one).

Should I keep two-handed arms, or have a primary and secondary arm?

I still think that Two-Handed Arms are better, Primary/Secondary Arms are only better for piercing, vitality and defense.

what weapon is best for poison piercing?

Plasma Rod(Primary) + Acidic Edge(Secondary) = 107 Poison Piercing

whats the highest possible hit for a biological (no specials)

The best hit I did against Felicity(with a level 30 bio) was 250143.

First : use all your Attribute Points on strength.(Bio Level 30)

Equip with:
Headwear: Night Vision (Random Enemy - Zone 4)
Gloves: Murderer's Wraps (Specialist - Zone 5)
Bodywear: Nightstrike Armor (Specialist - Zone 5)
Leggings: DarkFiber Leggings (Random Enemy - Zone 4)
Footwear: Black-Ops Boots (Random Enemy - Zone 4)
Two-Handed Arms: Emerald Death (The Hydra - Zone 4)

Abilities:
4/4 Animalism
3/3 Enrage
4/4 Savagery (Passive)
1/1 Predator Form
4/4 Sharp Senses
3/3 Evolution (Passive)

Battle:
1- Predator Form 2- Animalism 3- Sharp Senses 4- Enrage 5- Destroy = 250.143 Damage.

(Note: Felicity did not have Blade Dance on her, actually if she haves Blade Dance on her you can do even a higher damage, around 300K.)

Ps: I didn't forgot the "List of Equipments", I'm not having too much free time to make all the images, but I'm still working on that, sorry.

About 3 days.(+ or - 2 hours each day)
