The F-15C is one of the most advanced generation 4 fighters made by the USAF, It downed many MiG-21 fighters at the end of the Yom Kippur War ( sorry if I misspelled that ) And was the reason why many Iraqi fighter pilots flying downgraded soviet MiG-29s and french Mirage fighters never retured to base, or fled to Iran.
And the MiG-29M a more advanced version of the MiG-29A, is very manouverable with advanced RADAR and effective missles compared to the F-15C.
So what do you think is the better plane? the Russian MiG-29 or America's F-15?
Are MiG-29s not infamouse for their superior agility? If I was in a dogfight with a plane that I know has weapons eqaul in effectivness to mine, I would want to be in the plane that has a better turning radius.
The F22 seems to solve almost every problem with combat flight
The thing is the F-15 wasn't made for dogfights, it's a multi role combat assualt plane, it either kills you before you see it, or it gets out of the hotspot fast, the F-16 however would kill the mig.
No hes just saying that he thinks the f16 fighting falcon could beat the MiG. I think that would be very close, but i cant be bothered to post a long reply to that, In a nutshell f16 wins.
The f16 is a great aircraft, but it is over 30 years old now. More advanced jets like the eurofighter would best it in a dogfight.
No idea what that is sorry lol, I'm big on American aircraft don't know much out of this country though, the JSF might be ok as well but I'm not a big fan of it at all.
The eurofighter is probably the second best jet in the world after the raptor. Seriously, if you are interested in the USAF you should look it up. The RAF and the USAF do lots of international excercises together.
No not even close, the raptor is the best publicaly known plane in the world, the SU-47 is a bit more agile but has much less fire power, and is easier to detect on radar.
