The F-15C is one of the most advanced generation 4 fighters made by the USAF, It downed many MiG-21 fighters at the end of the Yom Kippur War ( sorry if I misspelled that ) And was the reason why many Iraqi fighter pilots flying downgraded soviet MiG-29s and french Mirage fighters never retured to base, or fled to Iran.
And the MiG-29M a more advanced version of the MiG-29A, is very manouverable with advanced RADAR and effective missles compared to the F-15C.
So what do you think is the better plane? the Russian MiG-29 or America's F-15?

Thats what the Russians like to say. However the typhoons participation in international competitions has indicated otherwise.
In 2005 the typhoon won all 3 combat tests at the Singapore evaluations.
Earlier this year 8 typhoons flew against 27 f16s killing all of them without loss. They then repeated this against the f18 and the mirage.
German testing against the French Rafale have also shown the typhoons superiority.
The typhoon is actually more manouverable than the raptor. its sustained subsonic turn rate is superior to the f22, the f15, the f16, the mirage, the su 27. the mig 35 and the rafale. The key reason it is not seen as the best plane in the world is because it lacks stealth technology.
So why is it only used in a few countries? Too expensive?
Indeed, only the US and possibly Russia can relaistically afford to mass produce jets with stealth capabilities.
Most nations cant afford to go it alone in terms of aircraft development, thats why the eurofighter was made by a collaboration of european nations.
The eurofighter does have RAM as well as the overall design of the jet which helps lessen its radar signiature, but not to the extent of a jet like the raptor which was designed to be completely invisible.

Yes the raptor has every stealth technology avalible built into it, however one of the main things that keeps it invisible is the fact is that it's wepons are stored inside the plane, the missles usualy return the most radar signals.
I ndeed the internal loading system is a big factor. The typhoon was built to be difficult to with regards to the surfaces the radar bounce off including the missiles, but just not to the same extent as the raptor.
