Uh Shintetsu? Fallout 3 is set in 2277, 200 years after Nuclear bombs fell, not 2077.
And I very much doubt it would become reality.
It's based on the 1950's, and by 2077, guessing that the world hasn't already succumbed to disaster beforehand, there will probably be people living on different planets.
This is really more like someone thinking, 'What if Nuke's *Were* detonated during the Cold War?'.
