Examples: 1.A person sues McDonald's for coffee being too hot. 2.Parents sues Nickelodeon because Nick advertises cereal products and the parents are scared their children will see it and want it. 3.People suing companies over..being fat. 4.A woman suing Victoria's Secret over, underwear. Yeah. Like, if you sue a company over a product, and you heard the advertisment on the radio, the compini would win because of that guy at the end who talks really really fast. they can say they told you so.
