What is your race??? My race is Asian. Any race could be African, American, Caucasian, or any other race.
Are they allowed to search through the records of other countries? Depending on how civilized the country is, finding records would be difficult if not impossible.
Depends, but I guess so. And the lack of records is something which is true indeed and sad.
feh, records. So that means that can't trace your ancestors any farther back then their emigration, no?
I am from Russia all the way down the line(some polish and german decedents too I think...not sure)
