have you ever.... (warning, high amounts of Emoticus found within the ores of this thread, Emoticus is most commonly known for causing depression, slicing yourself up, and hiding in corners)
Here is how it goes. The stereotype emo always whines and never tries to fix their life. They puss out on trying to help themselves and others and spend all their time saying "oor me".
If you are happy to admit you do this, go ahead and call yourself emo but otherwise I would avoid the term. Of course I am only talking about the stereotype emo. Regular emos just like the style (I don't know why honestly).
That being said, everone has their ways of dealing with depression but do understand that people go through stress everyday and if you think your life is so bad you should just die, then you probally need to spend more time looking at other people's lives and realize that maybe you can recover from whatever it is thats going wrong in your own life.

Do you really think everyone can fix their own problems?! OK, your right, that means no one needs to be a therapist. Well that can't be. For no one is perfect. So you are wrong, and people can't fix themslves.

Stress goes way beyond mental issues. Such as it can cause physical pain too. And have you felt physical pain? Of course you have, but on top of that mental pain? Probably you have I don't know. But with all that and no one to turn to? That's big, and to add to all that they are teens. So oh yea they are going to do all that by them selves! Yeah right, that just too much. . .
And for those on here who are 'emo', Im actyallu reccommended by some people for therapy for lack of a better term.

I've always hated these statements... No matter how bad you feel, there's always someone else who's got it worse... To some the perspective may help, but I've always just ended up feeling guilty about feeling bad, which only adds to it.
Don't say people should be happy because there's someone who's got it worse. No matter how bad you feel you should take consideration to those who are more unfortunate, but just because they are more unfortunate doesn't... Ugh...
...
I'll just go sit over here now.
I should be happy. There's only one aspect of my life that prevents it, now... Despite all the crap that's happened lately. But that one thing is too darn important, and I don't want to change priorities, even if that would possibly make me feel better...

Does not mean we should care. Depression is evil, and when you are depressed NO ONE is having it worse than you. "Stop being depressed because other is having it worse than you" has never been a valid reason for being happy to anyone who has been depressed. At worst you might want to kill yourself, but you have not got the energy needed to get out of your bed. The only time that happens is when you need to pee, which happens less and less often. Drinking and eating is not important, being awake is even less, which means that sleeping is your main goal. And then some idiot trots in and grabs your butt and gets you outside while yelling that you should be happy, because there are no reason to be unhappy. "What does that f**ker know about that?!" is the main thought, and it does not really help... SOmetimes it does, but being tired from lack of food and liquid makes it harder to happen. At some point the depression either turns, and you are able to get up, take a bath, eat a little... Or it keeps going on untill you decide it is time to end it...
well when i feel sad i just sing a song it goes like this Some things in life are bad They can really make you mad Other things just make you swear and curse. When you're chewing on life's gristle Don't grumble, give a whistle And this'll help things turn out for the best...
And...always look on the bright side of life... Always look on the light side of life...
If life seems jolly rotten There's something you've forgotten And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing. When you're feeling in the dumps Don't be silly chumps Just purse your lips and whistle - that's the thing.
And...always look on the bright side of life... Always look on the light side of life...
For life is quite absurd And death's the final word You must always face the curtain with a bow. Forget about your sin - give the audience a grin Enjoy it - it's your last chance anyhow.
So always look on the bright side of death Just before you draw your terminal breath
Life's a piece of shit When you look at it Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true. You'll see it's all a show Keep 'em laughing as you go Just remember that the last laugh is on you.
And always look on the bright side of life... Always look on the right side of life... (Come on guys, cheer up!) Always look on the bright side of life... Always look on the bright side of life... (Worse things happen at sea, you know.) Always look on the bright side of life... (I mean - what have you got to lose?) (You know, you come from nothing - you're going back to nothing. What have you lost? Nothing!) Always look on the right side of life...
Abusive, bully dad. Drunk, high Mom. I'm not good enough for my gf. She cheated on me. I have to resort to dating complete who.res.
ahh now don't be bsing of some b**** who thinks your not good enough for her. Sides, she's the one who was even more of a b**** for not just straight up telling you that she's lost intrest. I can tell you take it hard, but trust me, you can be better off with something you loved.
I'm not smart. I'm dyslexic. Can never impress anyone.
Did you know Woodrow Willson (28th president) had Dyslexia, but that didn't stop him from being a national hero during WW1 and becoming president? Did you know that he also became a college proffeser? yeah. Sorry to know that you have a crappy set of parents. Is it me or do most parents of children on the internet be a little....suckish?

.....whut? ...........whut? ....................whut!? *is sensing something a little more in cen's rant* why would someone touch ur butt?
Better to express it by "grab your collar and drag you outside to have fun"?
ok, I tilted my head in the sense of "WTF!?" till it was almost upside down, then I figured out what you meant. heheh, I have way too dirty of a mind *spit-shines it*
Have you not tried it? To almost be picked up and thrown outside? Because the "light is so good for you, Cen, you need the light!" "It is f-ing cold!" "The liight..!" "There is no light in the winter, now let me get back to my bed, damn it!" "The fresh air is good for youuu!" "The fresh air is polluted and it is freakin cold!" "Take a walk, then you will feel much better." "I WANT TO SLEEP!!!" "Then stay here, kid. For the next fifteen minutes." "Awh, f off..." "Seriously. *closes door*"
