once again, i am going to try to make this tourney due to a couple of requests, and mods dont close it cause some guy claims it was his idea, i did think of this my self.
any way if no one read my previous post, anyon with a lv 25-30 character can join, post your strategy, and your character code, don't forget NOT to have partners, i want matches to be fast and not rage on for a lonnng time, since some sonnys can constantly stay alive due to vera's healing. any way post your character code and strategy, and as soon as i have enough people i'll start it up.
if you have to the time to post your code here please do, having many participants would be fun.

I'm going to try to explain again, the best set for speed is = Speed +198.(I have the info of all items in the game, so this is really the best set you can get, for speed.) The total of attribute points you can receive is 192, easy mode or heroic mode doesn't mater the max. attribute points is 192. The total speed Sonny will have at level 30 unequipped and without attribute is going to be 73, again, easy mode or heroic mode doesn't mater the max. speed points is 73. Total of 463 speed.
Any one can do this test, don't need to believe me, do it your self and see if I'm right or wrong.
i think that there is a passive ability for bio that increases speed, so that could be why. Also, what is the point of going through all of the time and effort of hacking something just for two points of an attribute? It doesn't make sense.

No, the passive ability only increase your speed in battle and he not add 2 points he add 12 more points of speed because he change the leggings, Riot Leggings (speed +25) for Bloody Leggings (Speed +15).
Again don't believe in me, make you a test, if you have a level 30 character do this, Re-Spec and put all your attribute points in speed, completely unequipped your character and equipped him with this set(this is the best set possible for speed):
hold up a sec. If you equip all of the mayors gear at level 30 with no attribute points in instinct, then you 468. 468+192=660, and if you equip the few pieces of council gear that give higher instinct bonus, then the max instinct ends up being almost 670.
