Steroids, it seems to be everywhere but is it ruining sports because it seems like haters like to see people go to jail for use of steroids in sports.(comments?)

"Crap, that guy's working 24/7 on his swing! He's even benching at his highest every chance he gets! I'll never be better than him! I better go take some steroids to increase my advantage. Plus people think I'm working hard too so I'll get some recognition! What a sap! He's working his butt off to get better, and I'm just taking pills!

Basically what every man is thinking about when he ups the ante on his opponent. Every man who takes steroids just to hit harder or get more endurance is a pathetic eyesore in my opinion. They are being PAID to play, for Pete's sake! That's like a slap to the employers' faces, saying that you made the wrong choice in making him get to play on your team.

And yes Ernie, cheating on a test is the same kind of deal, with the answer key as steroids to your brain cells, feeding them information that the kid should have worked hard to acquire.

steroids do ruin sports. i play football so i kinda know y everyone would want to use steroids since football is one of the most physical sport. its like they see some guy that has bigger mussels then them and all their teammates are huge and strong and they get intimidated and put pressure on themselves to get stronger. they try for some time to work out but then give up because they dont see any changes quickly enough. so they think the only way to keep up with their buddies is to take steroids and that is really stupid. personally i don't like steroids and wouldn't take them even if they were legal because i don't like the side effects of the drug.

also most sports aren't just physical their mental too. most athletes have to think their way threw the game and make split second decisions they cant just run around screaming like idiots. if an athlete takes steroids it effects how they think sometimes in a good way but most of the time in a bad way. so they wouldn't be able to make any important split second decisions and depending on the athlete this might cost them the game.
