Alright, I absolutely HATE Naruto with a deep scarred passion. Despite that, there can be a Naruto fan club. This is the first club I have seen in a long time that actually has a point. Though this really isn't a club, or not yet.
If you make a club, here are a few suggestions on what it should be about, how it should be run, and so on.
First, have a club leader, co-leader (only if you absolutely need one), and member. Whatever you do, do not add other ranks. I will consider it spam because when you add ranks, people want to join just because of the ranks.
Second, make the club have a meaning. Let it be a meeting place to finding other naruto threads.
Alright this is just an example of how you should make a naruto club.

That is how to arrange a good, meaningful, fun club. Because there are not all that many Naruto threads, I would start off making a Naruto thread this week about the characters. Then a few days later, I would make one about their powers or something. And after a few weeks of making/finding new Naruto threads, make the clan and keep the clan updated on Naruto threads. Just don't make a bunch of new Naruto threads at once.
