Okey anyway, they can't just take all the "IMVU" ad's and not put them on anymore. Because those ad's pay for there distruibuation on ArmorGames. ArmorGames get's payed money for those ad's to run on the site. And really, this site was never meant for kids under the age of teenager. So you know where this is going.
Personally, Get used to it, Because in the world we are in there is no way they have not seen two girls kissing. If they have not they are too sheltered.
Yeah I agree, hte world is a whole deverse place, and you can't hide everything that is "bad" from them.
No one has posted an actual screen shot for this. Can someone who sees it please try to put one up? It is hard to judge whether or not it is appropriate when I haven't seen it. I don't think it has shown up for me.
If you are referring to the ad Gantic shows, wow. This is the tamest ad I've ever seen for a dating site, so I wouldn't be complaining. It's 2 people fully clothes barely noticeably kissing, and they are cartoons. If you complain about this, you are much too conservative and need to lighten up. No children are going to be scarred for life because of this, or any parents get upset.
no they barley have there cloths on in the one i saw, there are two diffrent adds from this site, well that i have seen. I mainly see it on free rider 2.
ya Gantic showed the right ones, Just out of cueristy how do you get screen shots and can you answer that on my profile cause i don't often come back to the forum.
That is not necessarily another girl. There are a lot of guys these days that have slightly longer hair. So I don't know if you should automatically assume that it is 2 girls making out.
Also, as far as the partially dressed one goes... I can see where some people might think that is inappropriate. But at the same time, we tend to have a general rule as far as art posted on the site goes that as long as it does not show any private parts (nipples, genitalia, etc.), then it is acceptable. I think that is those are the standards that we hold for member artwork, that it is reasonable to apply that to ads as well. And the ads don't actually violate any of those rules.
If people truly are offended by this ad, then I can notify Dan about it. But I don't know if it is truly offensive and as inappropriate as people are making it out to be. Is anyone genuinely upset about it?
No, not really, people see other people make out in almost every movie out there and on tv. So it really isn't anything new to people to see.
Also, it's not like the girl is fully exposing her chest or lower pelvic region, so it's not inappropriate in that way. The guy also isn't showing his lower region, so it's again not inappropriate.
I'd like to bring up and add though that really I'am sure no one goes on. It's one that asks if your man is gay? Has anyone seen this add in the games? It's just an interesting one, that should be viewed with younger teenage users.
Oh ya i agree take it of i hate that one it gets me so annoying and my mom cought me playing a game and the add falshing right by the game my mom wa so pist but seriousl thow take it down.

What exactly does that mean? The 60s, 70s, and 80s (and 90s) weren't that long ago. Then again, most people here were born in 90s and live with 00s (?) haircuts. Some guys have always had longer hair.
In the original ad with the kissers, it's clearer it's possibly a guy. In this one, he looks effeminate and it's not the hair.
But I digress.
I doubt the users are offended as much as they don't want their younger siblings and parents thinking other things, i.e. if it's not appropriate for something like school, then it's not going to be much more appropriate at home (like exposed midriffs). It doesn't give a sense of propriety about the site that they are on.
