I don't really like videos, and it's not exactly a competition since all people have different views, and the judges...well, maybe you should leave that to the mods, maybe. Just maybe a little unfair. I don't think I'll participate.

Fair is in the eye of the beholder, particularly with music. Of course there are slightly more objective measures such as technique and virtuosity but this is hardly the be-all and end-all of musical ability...at least in most credible circles.
