Moegreche your right actually. They know more because there not expecting anything, but nothingness. People with religion, have something to expect. Thus, creating questions
Most christians aren't afraid of death. Sometimes they're kinda excited for it in away, It's not like they want to kill themselves but I would gladly give my life for someone. Alot of people are looking forward to heaven where it will be perfect.
I will probably be buried and a funeral will be held. Only my family and closest friends will attend. That's about it. Although if you're asking about what happens to me afterward, well, who knows. My guess is I will simply go into a sleep that I can't awake from, a sleep with no dreams or nightmares. Basically, it's nothing, but I don't know that. I don't know anything more after I die. that is my guess, but who knows? Scientifically, that is most likely what would happen, but we have been wrong before...
This is an impossible question. How do we know we all haven't died numerous times and just don't know it? I am a fan of greek mythology and I think that we all go to the underrworld, get checked in (or whatever) and then choose our fate. We get the treatment we deserved after doing what we did when we were alive, or go to the river styx, jump in, having your mind erased and being reborn as a baby. (Who says it has to be human?)
I hope I walk the earth and further infect others with the burden of death. Well thats my ideal situation.
As having very obscure ideas about religion and science, I really have no idea. I haven't really bought into the idea of previous lives, and the whole resurrection idea. But I'm also not entirely sold on the whole heaven hell idea. Part of me wants to say I'll just be fertilizer 6 feet under, but that's just my morbid side talking.
Who knows, I think the person who stated i'll cross that bridge when it comes said it best.
