i think armour games should have its very own RPG or MMORPG.
for instance it could start of you talk to a king and he sets you a quest after the quest you choose a race:

rogue
knight
rider
mage
druid

and you can earn AP by completing quests so what does everyone think

OK,first off this has already been suggested before

The main reason I have found that people don't like this idea are...

1.MMORPG's are a bit too big for something made in flash.
2.They have enough trouble fixing up the site itself to deal with making a huge game like that.
3.What game developer would be the one to create it?

I am sure there are quite a few more issues with the idea, but those are the ones I remember people complaining about in the previous threads.

I agree with crimsonblade MMORPG's would be too much for AG to handle since the mod can't watch over the forums for spammers and also watch over the MMORPG where the people would be free to spam and it would take a long time to develop an idea about the game plus it might have too many glitches making it almost unplayable which would be a waste of effort.

The short of it is that there's no point making a forum an RPG.

Though you're welcome to make a game based on the Armor Games community, there's nothing wrong with that. In fact that's an idea I'm slowly developing on the side myself.

...dude, seriously? You spelled armor wrong.....lololololololololololololol

As for the idea, I think the rest have said enough.

You spelled armor wrong

What is wrong with actually writing ENGLISH? :P

This could be cool... based on AG, not so much as a part of AG. It might be a gaming site, but MMOs usually get annoying at some point. Especially in the beginning where I find out I am unable to play it.

As far as I can tell he spelt it correctly. "Armor" is the one thing I don't like about the site and I don;t reallt care about even that. Its "Armour"

I wouldn't want an RPG to be honest. Apart from the fact they don't interest me it would, as has been mentioned, be a bit spammy possibley.

This sounds interesting, but would lose popularity fast mate. Also, hasn't this already been put up for discussion already?

The main reason I have found that people don't like this idea are...

are isn't correct, it doesn't go with the "main reason". It would have to be is. Because "main reason" isn't plural.

MMORPG, yes. But he also stated RPG. What about an RPG? That doesn't have to be massively multiplayer if you may. And it could be just like the RPGs in the Forum Games forums.

I dont think this is an good idea because people would be higher ranked faster and the website would be boring quick youll under stand

Maybe, but it doesn't have to be a ridiculous amount of AP earned to it. Maybe just as much as a comment made or rating of a game. [1-2 AP]

The short of it is that there's no point making a forum an RPG.

Maybe, but the long of it is ArmorGames has no point either. It is just an idea to keep some preens and teens occupied on the computer. This MMORPG or RPG would do the same, just add some more diversity to it.

Dude, seriously? Does it matter?

This could be cool... based on AG, not so much as a part of AG. It might be a gaming site, but MMOs usually get annoying at some point. Especially in the beginning where I find out I am unable to play it.

Yes good point, but what about the RPG? Forget that he even said MMORPG for a second and post your reply on the RPG part.

As far as I can tell he spelt it correctly. "Armor" is the one thing I don't like about the site and I don;t reallt care about even that. Its "Armour"

As far as I can tell he spelled it right and wrong. He spelled it wrong per se, because he referred to ArmorGames but spelled it armour games. Armour would be the correct british term for Armor. Armor and Armour are both "correct". It just depends on how you use it.

AN AG RPG
This would be a good addition to the site because it allows more conversing between users. Also it seems like fun to me, if you actually get to see your guy or something along those lines. Lastly if you think of it in the long run it doesn't seem too bad and like everything, it gets boring after awhile but there will still be new users who will join and begin to play.

MMORPG
AG is slow enough as it is, and this would create more time and hassle into the seemingly prodigious amount of effort they would have to put into this site to keep you and me occupied. It just seems to carry more cons then pros to it. But then again it does seem fun. But even though I, personally, wouldn't mind it it would just put too much work on the makers of AG. Plus we have enough on this site to have me keep coming back and playing games, posting comments, and such.

So my last opinion would be:

RPG: YES!

MMORPG: NO!

was the rpg and mmo part.
I find that it would be fun, but making it more than a game to play, well, I would find it both unfair and annoying, because some might be unable to play it due to connection.
So if he can find a game maker to do it, it would be way cool.

I agree with Cenere. It would be problematic, but in the end, interesting. Getting ap for quests and stuff is a no-no, though.

I agree that both an RPG and an MMORPG would be pretty hard to make with flash. Actually, an RPG would probably be pretty easy, there are quite a few out there.
