WoW is, in the basest sense of the word, a "better" game than Runescape. But Runescape is just as deep, and at 5$ a month compared to 30$, the graphical downgrade is nothing. I am slightly biased as a former RS addict with lots of good memories of it, but I haven't played in a year plus. I hear it went to hell =P I vote RS!!!
Well lemme just make some points to be fair: For one, WoW has graphics that blow Runescape out of the water with a keg of dynamite and 20 lbs of plastic explosives. 2, only rich people can afford WoW for years on end. 3, Runescape's trading system has hit the gutter. 4, WoW has a much more extensive world than Runescape. 5, WoW has an improved bank and PvP system. 6, WoW has many, MANY MANY more items than Runescape.
Overall, I'd say that I'd play runescape out of the two of those, because it's cheap, but I already play CoV (City of Villains), so I don't really care about either of those.
World of Warcraft is so much better then that gay runescape... i played runescape for a few days and it was so confusing and graphics completly blow. WoW has alot more to do, and advances every day and there is excellent customer service. WoW FTW
I've played both of them but I prefer Runescape over World of Warcraft. The only way thing that World of Warcraft has that Runescape doesn't is very good graphics. The only reason World of Warcraft has better graphics is because it's off a CD which enables it to have better graphics. I don't play either of them anymore because I didn't feel like paying twenty dollars a month to play World of Warcraft because it isn't worth it if I thought Runescape was better and Runescape was five dollars a month. And I don't play Runescape anymore because I got hacked after reaching level one hundred and one. I didn't remember my Recovery Questions (Recovery Questions are for when you get hacked. When you set them you are supposed to remember them and I didn't :\\. You answer them all correctly and you get your account back. But you also have to answer some other minor questions like previous passwords). I pretty much quit after that because there was no hope for me getting my account back and there was no way I was going to start over and do it all over again because I realized I had a life to attend to. Now I just go Armor Games from time to time for fun.
Well WoW by an awesomly enormous scale... They are not even comparable in my opinion... Multi million mega game like World of Warcraft or little Runescape I used to play back when I was 12... lol I don't actually play neither of them anymore but surely played WoW longer (since my bro was paying for it ^^)
I played runescape for about 3-4 years and it got dull around year 2 jagex made really bad updates ruined the game very inmature players most the time but during the first year of playing Runescape was GREAT very very fun during that time back when they had old pking and free trade but ive quit for wow like alot of players have only 15$ a month + WOTLK and TBC so plenty to do more than runescape WAY more quests than runescape better graphics then runescape more items so id have to give the cake to WOW but im not saying runescape isnt a bad game its really fun but too me wows better
runescape is getting better and better with the atacks and everything and wow has really good grapics but its boring like runescape but on runescape you can wc and everything
but the thing is i hate them both but id have to go with runescape its much better
I don't really like either game. Both RuneScape and WoW are RPG games set in medieval times, which are two classifications that I don't like in a game.
They are not rpg they are MMORPG, and i play runescape, its fun and good to kill time, I've been playing it like for 6 years and never been member, just playing free.
