Usually people that say things like that havent read the book
As someone who lives near Forks and Port Angeles, I unfortunately receive the brunt of the hype from my friends that don't live in Washington. You have no clue. The books suck; it's quite literally literary garbage. Her characters are hopeless and bland, and there's no real development. Yes, I have read the book, unfortunately. Luckily I've saved myself from the movie.
