This thread, will be a way to promote your merit-worthy comments, to us all...
Some of you might say: 'Shouldn't this be in the Flash Games section?' well you are probably right, but this is a little less involved with games, and a little more involved in help.
Also, if you have any issues with writing merits, you can give it a shot, and ask for feedback. Experienced, but not quite right? Get your feedback here!
To all mods, this is not something that you have to look at, to see the comments, this was designed for people to say 'Hey, have a look at this comment. Do you like it?' and 'Could you tell me what I need to improve on?'
Look, The games are where you post your comments,,, Not in a forum. Merits are rewards for making a creator feel good or know what they did wrong. Not for the merit for the game maker! So... plus showing mods your merits are usually not a cool idea.

You do not see the purpose of this thread. We are not expecting merits, we are simply posting our reviews for other people to see. Then if they like the reviews, they could vote up for them if they want.
If we were advertising our comments, we would be asking people to vote them up, or asking the mods to give us merits.
Imagine if we were advertising, we would be encouraging people to buy our product. Our product here is our comments and reviews. The users "buy" our comments through voting up. This thread was not made for users to mindlessly encourage people vote up. We are not asking the mods to give us merits. Hence, we are only sharing feedback and improving our review standards.
To all mods, this is not something that you have to look at, to see the comments, this was designed for people to say 'Hey, have a look at this comment. Do you like it?' and 'Could you tell me what I need to improve on?'
imo advertising is promoting an object, now this object can be critisized and changed but any talk about it whatsoever is advertising..
EX You say to your friend: man this ShamWow is great! - thats advertising your friend says: really? mine was a piece of crap.. - thats a negative advertisment
@Graham - That's also advertising. In this case if this thread was advertising, we would be promoting our comments so people would vote them up. We here, are actually not promoting anything. We are here to give feedback on reviews and discuss about writing comments and earning merits.
Look, guys. Even if you show each other your comments, and you go vote them up, this is basically begging for a merit. It is pathetic. If a mod sees these they will NOT give you those merits.
In the words of Zophia "You do not write a merit, you write a good review, and maybe it will be rewarded with a merit."
If you didn't get one, then chances are it wasn't seen yet, or it was seen, and was thought as not good enough.
Just becuse it is your opinon dosn't mean it will get you one. You actually have to say something helpfull which could better the game, not just saying you hated everything about it in more then 4 words.

Same. If I stumble upon a good review I'll up vote it... And if there was any merit worthy comments here I would upvote them (no offense to anyone, I only checked the first three pages)
Can we stop discussing how this thread should or shouln't be locked?
discussing comments is advertising them. it's a chain of events 1 person tells another about a comment and then another curious fella comes in and advertises this thread on his profile causing 10 other people to join in you might argue for that to be thread advertisment but, what is this thread about? discussing meritworthy (good) comments
there will always be at least one person who sees a comment in this thread and like it enough to find it and up vote it
