Weapons. What is your favourite?

Noww... If you had to use one to fight with (whether it be against an endless samurai army or a charge of knights, a monkey with rabies or a ninja) what would it be? So basically, what would be your all purpose weapon?

*sigh* Yes, made up weapons count as long as they are weapons not weapwnz~

Me? I'd use a hunting rifle with a bayonet attached to it. All purpose for CQC, and can bust down a door. Plus the butt of the rifle would be able to crack a skull open.

Or a halberd. The only thing that would be difficult about it is that I woulnd't be able to kill the people with guns.

Choices, choices.

Lack of ammunition is a major concern for this weapon

you'd have to be really really really strong to lift and use a hally effectively.

I would probably go with a single action army, It's effective, and strong, ammunition is plentiful.

I don't think I could settle on any one weapon. If I had to pick two, I'd go with a composite shortbow for long range combat & something like a wakazashi for close combat & try to rely on ambush or stealth heavily.

I don't have any firearms training, so sticking to what I've used =\\

My weapons training in IOT covered the use of SA 80s. So I'd probably go for the l86 LSW variant.

For a side arm I'd go for the good ol' 9mm, which'd cause havoc at close range.
