Hi everybody, this is Xoran! xD So, my xbox360 got the red ring of death! So i got a new one with more memory and stuff, but lost my old memory! Just incase it happens again, how do i fix it?
P.S I tried the towel trick, and it didn't work. Maybe I did it suckie or something... Anyways thanks for your help!
Flag lol i love how xbox is the only system that gets these things.. All my friends had the xbox but they keep on getting the RROD and are tired of switching for new ones... After all u bought this system to play, not to have it shipped out every year for a month. So now they all have the ps3, same with me... Its just a btr system.. Well thats what they think at least. So rlly instead of constantly complaining about these issues constantly (cuz its obvious that most ppl get this RROD) just get a different system. Easy as that... Cuz anyways xbox pretty much sucks now.. It's an obsolete system that has nothing truely special when compared to the wii or the ps3.
you do know that this is a thread for helping someone who has the RROD not to say how much you dislike the xbox 360 and no not everyone gets the RROD because i ahvent and ive had mine for ages and one o fmy friends got one fo teh first ever xbox 360's and he still ahsnt got it his is just relaly slow compared to everyone else who ahs the newer ones
Well best thing is to do is just take it to Bestbuy and tell them to fix it and tell them to keep the memory. I think the red ring is a Achievement as well -.-
don't touch them, they can kill you. (referring to a Sonic 1 hack where all rigns and item boxes are replaced with, you guessed it, bouncing red rings... of death.)
My friends keep getting broken x-box 360's and i think maybe, if you are willing to give up halo, you should buy the PS3, i mean it has cod5 on it and dang its awesome!
Keep your xbox well ventilated (lots of room) and out of direct sunlight. You can get an intercooler just to be safe. Don't leave your xbox on for hours and gently use your console.
