It's that time again! Spring is a great season full of inspiration, which we are hoping will help you make some great armatars. Now I know that it isn't spring everywhere right now, but it is for the AG office. So how this works is that you can submit your own original armatars to this thread following the theme of Spring. If I like it, I will add it to the 0AP armatar section for all members to use! You can reference previous contests for a better idea of what this is all about here.
Keep in mind that there are some guidelines, and unless your entry follows these set of rules it will not be accepted. So be sure to check those out.
GUIDELINES: 1. Must be appropriate. Cannot be offensive or profane in nature. Try to keep it clean! 2. The entry must be square, and at least 100x100 pixels in dimension. 3. Must scale down well to 100x100. So if it is larger, make sure that it will still look good when it is scaled down to armatar size. A few suggestions about this: - Sometimes simple is better. If you go into a lot of detail, it might not look as great when you scale it down. So just keep in mind what the final size will be. - If you are able to do vector, that can help with the sharpness of the image. However, since they are so small this probably isn't a big issue. 4. Must be completely original. You cannot use elements from other piece of artwork, the entire armatar must be 100% original. 5. Must be spring themed.
Good luck! And I look forward to seeing some awesome spring armatars =)
tun-awe-some (toonosum): adj. 1. Failing to the point of being awesome: "That pic is so crappy, it's tunawesome!" 2.Slang, Awesome and fail at the same time: "Magikarp is so tunawesome!"

Unless that's stolen art we have another art comp regular on our hands...aww, I'll be knocked off the top 3 in no time
Oh gawd no! I would NEVER steal another person's art. (And don't worry I know you didn't really mean that I was an art thief or anything!) For the record I take art theft VERY seriously. I don't like it being done to me and I certainly would not do it to others. That's why I make sure to tell people when I'm alright with them using my work for whatever. (Like when I gave permission for people to re-crop that other armatar!) So, I know I'm going on a bit here but I feel pretty strongly about this. I take a lot of pride in the drawings that I make, and a part of that pride is not ripping off other people. But hey,if anyone's worried, I am the president of my town's local art council. I can provide references! haha!

Your town has an Art council?
Lol, I thought I was inventing that term. . .
I think he made those definitions up out of nowhere, since I can't find that word on dictionary.com or urbendictionary.com...yes I checked...don't judge me *runs away awkwardly*
Indeed it does. Last summer I was voted to serve as Chair for my second term. It's a lot of work, but worth it!
I see, just checked your profile...I actually at first assumed you were younger for some reason(around 18-20 years old) but I guess that makes sense. Anyways....
Ubertuna yours was....creative....very creative...I'm actually surprised no one else(including myself) did not think of that either.
