I left the game running last night at .0001 speed with a simple recording that summoned a full inventory of level 6 gems, and then combined the first 8 into the supergem in the top left corner of the inventory slot. When I started the macro, the gem was at like 1.25m damage from hand combining. When I looked this morning 3 waves had passed and it was at like 2.7m damage. I probably should have ran it at faster than .0001, I imagine the recording had no mana to actually summon new gems with for most of the time. But oh well, a trap that does 500k+ damage max per hit is uh... pretty much pwnage.

you guys have a choice: beat it now and find out if anything odd does happen or not, or else try and get a crazy score, with all the computer crashing risk that implies.

if your gonna restart just take your 4mish firepower and quickly try to beat all 228 to see what happens, then go for that huge score

Actually I think I'm done with this. The click recorder makes it all pointless. Anyone willing to let a game run for multiple days can have a gem with a few million damage before wave 20 probably, and definitely many millions by wave thirty. (based on 144 mana cost to increase damage, adding a level 1 gem, the most efficient but slowest increaser)

couple that with the fact that my last start had me angering the first giant monster wave with level 15 gems... There's no challenge, there is just monotony and repetive tasks.

i only use click recorder when im away from comp btw,
and why not just try for wave 228 threes, seems pointless to quit now

SKINNY:

wave 114: 4.75t pts, *370 multiplier, Arsenal 3.2m

lag report: I had installed some slow traps in the first third of the board because towers can't hit there but slowed down the game a lot (like poison slow has a time variable) so I pulled them and now the lag is good+ even with 2600 monsters. Game should go faster on next session.

I'm going to spend the next 10 waves building anger gems for 125 but I can't remember if it comes out twins or quintuplets... hopefully twins. If not I'll save my anger gems for 151,2 and let em do some dmg while I build. I should be at 6m arsenal by 170, then all there is to do is build dmg so 11m+ by 228 and contrary to popular belief damage can still be built after 228 is on the board ;-)

Any responses post to comments under my armatar, it goes to my e-mail. But PLLEEEEAASE nothing about the end good bad or otherwise. THX

stil hasnt been beaten so we cant spoil the ending but nice pics and youll easily make 10t this game i think

I'm about a hair's breadth from beating the 228. I have just shy of 5 million damage on the board (I screwed up and accidentally combined 2 of my damage gems into one not-quite-as-good-when-they-were-separate gem) but it's apparently plenty to have one gem hitting for 210k-949k in a trap @ 1018 speed.

Every wave has been released on to the board and I'm down to 69 monsters, and I would be astonished if any single monster has a banishment cost over 10k. I'm still holding down the 4 key to boost mana and multiplier, although really there is no point since I haven't angered any of these monsters and won't get score from them. I actually gave up on serious angering somewhere shortly past wave 60, so my score is only 3.95 trillion-ish right now.

congradulations InThrees, you've conquerred the lag monster.

let's hope your computer doesn't crash when you've got 1 monster left .

Speedhack conquered the lag monster, and click recorder conquered the carpal tunnel problems. =p

If munch is doing this without either of those (without speedhack in particular) then I bow to his ability to punish himself, for truly he is a king among masochists.
