Yep. And I hammered 75 w/ 1x20 and 12 X 18s and 17s and only got up to 6.6m pts X 477 monst. that all came out in about a 16 square stretch and are going to be a real nuisance unless I take the time to spread them out. :-/
On the good side I've got 2X20, 11X18, 1x17 on the board for 90 and 2 more waves to go. But desperately need more arsenal. 2.45m at this break. 1900 bad guys on board of the 40-121m hp variety.

Current: wave 87- ~2.5t pts; *275 mult; lots of 10m pt and 6m on board. It's a good game.
I also stumbled on a way to reduce lag by ~75% by launching simultaneous games, one local cache and one standard. It duplicates a bottle neck resource (don't know what). Can be done mid-game. I've experimented turning it on and off during this game. Goes from 1 gem combine per frame @ 1frame every 1.5 seconds to 3-5 gem combinations per frame 1 frame every .5 seconds. HUGE difference. I wish someone was playing a game w/lag so I could have them try it to see if it's just my machine. I've had 2500-2800 monsters since wv35 and can chug along at about 70% max people speed. Anyone playing?
To make sure you don't lose saved data make sure you regularly copy the code at the bottom whenever you go to save. Then if your saves end up getting deleted you can just paste the code (w/o word wrap) in the load menu.

Manapool is going ahead of pace. current multiplier at wv89=*276 Record pts/monster wave 91 (pic wave 89). Note Anger gems: 3X20; 3X19; 5X18. HP is 70m less than my goal cap which is good because there is more monsters than I calced (of course missed the easiest math calc... another duh moment). Wave 91 = 191b HP whew! Arsenal at wave89 - 3.1m (permanent residents). Tragic. Just bombed with 900K dmg :'-(

Worried about having 2K monsters left and 850 coming in next 2 waves and the next 10 waves has 3 good scoring waves, 2 ignore and 5 token anger and need to get to 4.5m arsenal by 102 sigh. Not sure what I'm going to sacrifice yet. I'll sleep on it.
I'm still interested in anyone playing game w/lag. I'm interested in seeing if my lag reduction works for anyone.

@munch: That sucks. Never seen that before, except sometimes Windows (Vista or Win7) dims out a window if it thinks the window (task) is unresponsive. It partially bases this on CPU consumed and ability to preempt the threads running in that task.
Now why I came here. Have you ever sometimes bombed a few waves ahead and then ran out of gems to bomb with and accidentally clicked in a wave stone down the list, thus releasing a whole lot of angered waves prematurely? Well, today I was messing around in an endurance game and I noticed that if I click on one of the top wave stones, then you can effectively stop all the waves from being released.
For instance, if you have clicked on wave 25 and released waves 16, 17 thru 25, then if you are quick and click on wave 16, that will be the last wave released.
ALso, I was getting bored and wanted to see how high monster HP could go in an endurance game. On level #69, wave 305, the giant monster HP was 1.42338529258655e+21. I don't even know what that number is.
I'm still slugging my way through playing every mode on every level. I'm now at >270M XP and I think about lvl 1600 wizard.
It's getting mightly boring, I can barely bring myself to play more than 2 games a day.
@various people hm...manipulating lag with other programs, possibly initiating a paradoxical reduction in lag by adding other programs? I'll have to investigate that...once my thumb recovers enough to handle rapid clicking, that is.
1.42338...e21=1.42338*10^21, it's a variation of scientific notation. the hp happens to be too big to take out in a human lifespan on a regular computer.
When you click a wave far down, you can also hit "N" to move the call-to marker to the top wave.

hi Fractal, yes I know it is scientific notation, but I was wondering what the word rendering would be, eg, Million, trillion, billion, etc...
Actually, I looked it up in Wikipedia (shhh.. don't tell my teachers, they hate Wikipedia) and in the USA and "short scale countries" it is 1.4 sextillion. In Europe and other "long scale countries" it is 1.423 trillion (and that is the decimal as used in European numbering systems. (Why do they have to be different?)

@fractal: I got to thinking. Some of the top players have made gems that have a minimum damage of 1 million (10^6) and if that was in a rapid firing gem (I've had gems firing at >1,000 (10^3) then I suppose one could do damage of 10^9 in one frame. If it would take a combination of frames or multiple gems to do this damage 10^12 times.
It's not tragic. Everything still runs and I can still do work with the improved lag. The only real nuisance is I have to hover over L or Y to tell them apart. So records should still fall.
No -ing way!!! I've restarted too many games because I killed 3 or 4 waves accidently that included a scoring wave. I don't think that any of the instruction boxes say anything about stopping called waves. Super nice discovery. Thanks for the share.
I've tried getting all lvls/skills. I'm wiz lvl 3836. And about 70% complete. Missing 3 or 4 journey amulets. 1200 shrines destroyed. 60 time levels, and 1 or 2 others. If you tell me what two lvls your playing and I don't have them yet (I have all section 1&2) I'll play them w/you and we can compare scores. Might make them go faster and less boring and I've got 2 games going anyway to reduce lag. And I wouldn't mind playing on a clear screen for couple of minutes a day.
I've already added 250k dmg, angered 92 to 1.5m pts and 4x17 anger gems on board so everything is still working ok but now lag is starting to be a little bit of a factor w/3K+ monsters on board and in the chute.
give it a try. I just did it again because I closed out my standard cache game (my big game is local cache) to do photobucket and post pics. I went back to my game w/out relaunching standard game and lag was 1 gem combo and 1 frame every 4 seconds (I have 2.5k monsters at the dance). I relaunched a standard game and lag is now 3-4 gem combos per frame, 1 frame per .7 seconds.

you can rent time on gvt computers but there's a time sharing pool between universities, corps and gvts agencies with supercomputers and for obvious reasons it's a very exclusive club;-). I figure 1 X 10m dmg gem in trap 1000fs vs 1X1.4 sextillion HP would take 140t minutes ~266,000 years or approximately 6.6b years before our star goes supernova:-). Of course parallel processing/supercomputers reduces this by many factors.
Sidenote: Who cares if your teacher hates Wik, it's a good jumping off place to start researching a topic. It beats fumbling through the biased and typo riddled articles of encyclopedia britannica and wading through a card catalogue (before your time) that your teacher grew up with.
@munch: I am missing only two amulets. 1200 spell shrines and 100 arcane monsters. I have all other amulets. I have completed all levels in all modes up to level 66. I have just competed the sudden death and swarm modes on level 66. I don't think I can hold a candle to your playing style.
To complete my mission i have 67 more battles to fight. And then as many battles as it takes to get the 100 Arcane monsters amulet.
