munch plz play this level, i want one of us to master each

when a short path is involved dont underestimate tower mana, with 3k monsters and big splash towers they can hit 20 monsters, and that orage is realy effective at 279 speed hitting 20 mosnters for 8.4 mana, 100 mana towers owuld be great

this may also adapt you to the 10 powerful gem method rather than doing like 100 100ks

Monsters but no shrines? Now that's just mean. What are the chances that out of 73 lvls there's only 1 w giants on the non giant lvls? Are you running local cache? Maybe it's something unique to local. Clearly an accident since the lvls are labeled "no giants"

PS. I'll give it a run since it's kind of my specialty but I want to eventually play a lvl w/shrines because that's where the pts are gonna wind up being. BTW are there any anomallies with pts/monster gain per level? I know that's only lvl 35 on those giants but 6k seems low..

well im only around 1/3 thru all the heroics(which applys same as bc i just learned) so im thinking theres more out there but hopefully with shrines

like i said this isnt for wave its for score, 228 doesnt have shrines and bc has slower hp curv so this is at least an improvement possibly

id realy like allan to post more info about hps of lvl id 4 and 73 and any other info hes hiding

well wave 42/228 has 9k hp and this is 35 with 2500 so im assuming at 42 it would be aorund 3500-4000 so allows 1 more anger, if the dmg curv is a true bc curv then ull get an additional anger every 20 waves, so wave 60 gets 2 more angers, 80 gets 3 more, 126 would get 5 more angers etc

I recall having found a few levels where the "no giants' modes does in fact have giants. Unfortunately I don't recall which levels they were. Soz!

Well yeah it's like discovering mana farm or sex! Yes I think there are more out there. If I hit 21t on GoE i'll finish getting my arsenal to 10m and let run in the background while I build bc waves. If it hangs I'll have pictures for posterity.

pts curve not hp. 6k POINTS seems low for wave 35 giants.

remember thats a wave of 8, a wave of 4 would have 12k

yes the bc number boost is factored to reduce score, so even tho a twin wave gets turned into 4 its score per kill in effect halves, horrable effect imo

still with a lower hp curv, monsters could have the same hp at 110 as tehy do at 80 and thus ahve same score, or the more valuable 3 extra angers

a good wave 91 bc giant wave would get abot 40k initial as opposed to 56k, but might pack 2 more anger gems

just got teh next tier of hidden levels that im about to explore, i thought 2 where coming but i just got 3 more levels to explore! 4/10 done with my heroic quest and 5 hidden unlocked so far

The initial pts is the most important number not the initial # of monsters. The extra angers (because lower hp) won't recoup the point lost by the lowered initial pts. Unless you get double the number of monsters per anger (which we don't) were getting fd. I know the idea was to make the level harder but at our game play it would have been better if the point curve stayed.

Look at the math. Lower return for the extra angers on a lowered point value (it's an iterated increase or in this case decrease or stunted increase) double fouch.

an anger can still make around a 20% increase per even at higher, i actualy made a formula to calc it, more adcanved than the normal equation because its not jsut for 1 anger at a tiem the formulat actualy tells u the final stats for a certain number of angers all in 1 step rather than ike 13 steps

higher monsters = lower score, thats why giants and 8 waves are great, but bc doubesl monsters so this is considered less score, a giant wave of 4 turns into an 8 wave meaning less inital score

Is there an echo in this thread? Haha. I agree entirely. The most important in the anger formula is the initial Pts vlu.

Observation - just like when the stakes were lower in the end the beam shrine is a one trick pony. It can gain a lot of points in one gulp but there many pitfalls (lets say if you accidently miss 3x10b HP, not only possible but likely). I think there are some long term solutions lurking but I need time to experiment. For example try juicing a transmute shrine and then use one of the juiced gems to transmute a tray and see if it transfers it's increased dmg.

I hit 134 with 18/17s. I got a headache with little return. .5b HP, 3.5m pts. Time to build some dmg. I haven't inventoried but I'm ~ 5.5m and my friends are just thumbing their nose at me. 2700 monsters on board all started >100m. Time to get to work.

at least you can take a break atill 153, by then maybe 7m firepower 15t score 1500 monsters?
