karsten, try a grade 12-14, but drop it on grade 8-10 gems rather than a grade 11; i've calculated that grade 9 is the most efficient in terms of damage increase/click.

Lankhr, finally I'm back to civilization. How's your new PC? you have 1 gb RAM? if it so, XP will be much faster, Vista eat too much RAM, except if you have 4 Gb RAM. But for Vista Ultimate, 4 Gb RAM still a bit slow.

too tired today.

wah, I'm way too late for this thread, too many things I don't know and too many things I have to learn from you guys.

AsSto thats why you put the grade 15s starting at the very end of the path so they have to travle the whole length of the mana farm before geting annihilated

that's about 5 extra minutes/lap, and i can upgrade the time even further-possibly to the point where monsters are slowed for an entire lap.

with that, any escaping monsters will take quite a bit longer to make another lap-it's enough to be worth replacing the two preceding R/C with R/O.

fractalman, how can you get so many mana? it's more than 230k? did I miss something here? thx

yes, surfthenet, you did miss something. In 1.20, the mana pool upgrade requiremant is at most 95% of the current pool. This allows infinite pool upgrades. I angered my wave 42 giants with 15 grade 12 gems. For the next waves, i`ll anger more mildly, trying to kill them off. They give me insane score, about 130mill per monster, multiplier included. Problem is that they have 16 million life, there`s 400 of 'em, and they have 480 starting armor. Still. my supergems are managing to literally eat up the normal waves. and they're doing good damage against the giants.

yea yayformee our games are sorta close i think, id love a friendly competition even tho ill loose it gives me motivation, i angered 42 with 12 and 13s and i have 355 monstesr with 6.3m hp and 2.3m score gain per kill with multiplier of 1.4 x 22

wave 37/38 with like 6/7b score right now, i hope to have over 10b by 41 and 50b by wave 53, id be happy to post pics if youd like to compare

oh and fractal your playing quite a unique game, id stay with my prismatic farm but that seems interesting, i just hope you get to a better or same firepower as last game and add the prismatic farm at about wave 180 to hold mosnters once they become too hard to kil quickly

my current firepower may, in total, be equal to my last big game, but it's much more concentrated.

I've changed how much of a prismatic farm I'm doing; rather than having 20 grade 11's and 10 super 12's, I'm sticking to the 10 super 12's-nearly all the other traps are maxed speed R/C...i've moved most of the mana farm to my towers.
reason: Lag reduction.

(waves 188-193 angered with grades 6 to 1, decreasing grade by one each time)
the 22 billion score is way less than my previous big attempt, but it's well worth the reduction in lag.

wowwww your doing it fast! and dang last time you wher at 190 you had 200+ monsters, now if you get out of controll a cyan farm shuld hold the remaining 600 monsters.

whats the damage on your gems taht your doing so good?

i might try your method and sacrafice going for hundreds of billions of score just to do that, or i might score alot then after wave 74 is beat ill convert to your method =} shouldnt be hard just put traps in towers then makes some red/cyan and red/blue traps =]

does anyone else have problem that when you get over 1k monjstesr on field the monster thing dissapears and stops showing?

oh well yea my games doing great i think ill have enough firepower to beat the game by wave 90 or so im doing so good, hell i might even be able to anger up to 228

sniff T_T. crash at wave 41, got about 140b score. The wave 42 angered up to 37M hp with grade 17-16-15 and would have give about 350b score (with the current multiplier *86). I don't understand since i've removed all the towers and combine them in traps grade 15-16 (enough fire power to kill the wave in less than 15 waves i think)... begun to supergem a few towers.

I will wait a save game feature or try windows VM.

dam, so sorry AsSto. Don't give up. Try Fractalman's method of supergemming way too much. He said that it didn't give him too much lag.
1/4 is out. Me, Fractal, and Conner are left. Fractal will probably finish soon.

fractal wont win any score competitions but hell finish first, the leading scorer is out, yayformee is at about 1.5x my score, not domination but still better. oh yayformee whats your wave 42 at? i think im getting 30-50b from it depending on how i get my multiplier by time they die

AsSto dang i feel sorry but yea fractals method amazes me on speed, he got to wave 200 in like 2-3 days and hes still mowing down the waves with his super gems

I think I might get 60 billion. Also I now have a multiplier of 34.5, constantly going up. Another weird thing I found is that poison can be useful. If I supergem a grade 11 with green grade 6 gems, every gem gives a boost of about 10 poison tower damage. apparently, slowing time and poison damage can be infinitely boosted, and then one gem of red and one of yellow to max out thier specials and the slowtime/poisondamage still stays high, being depleted only 5-10 poison damage by the other colored gems. If I can boost a gem's poison damage to 10k in tower, the trap damage will be uberhigh.
