Ok, for a while now (and as a while i mean about half of my 15 year old life) I have not been very religious and now I do not believe I have a religion. I do not believe in a god but I am not ready to call myself an Atheist (sorry about spelling). I'm not really sure what call myself except having no religion.
Agnosticism is a concept, not a full religion, like Judaism, Christianity or Islam. It is a belief related to the existence or non-existence of God. However, many people have started with an Agnosticism, and have added a moral code, rituals and other items to create a belief system with many of the attributes of a religion.
Did this help? I took it off some other link this time, I was not sure if you wanted to read the whole thing but yeah.
Yes if you grew up with no interaction with other people it is likely you woulnd;t have a religion though you may vreate beleifs of your own. I'm not sure if atheism is a religion or not (I'll read through that thread tomorrow) but I don;t have a set belief system (except for the flying spaghetti monster)
but the one thing that every single atheist has to admit (and christian) we don't know every thing
Yes, of course. The difference is that atheists don't fill up the gaps in our knowledge with fairy tales. People used to think lightning was something god did when he was angry - we know better today of course, and about a lot of things that occur on our planet which is forcing god into the margins - the things we still don't know. I think it's just more appropriate to say 'we don't know.. yet' rather then 'oh, it must be god'. Total cop out.
Yes, it is possible to have no religion; agnosticism or atheism are not religions (despite how much so many religious people want them to be).
Religion is like a double-edged sword, on one side you have the fact that religion 'filled' in scientific gaps, on the other side though you have the fact that religion, in this particular case (monotheism), has provided a basic set of morals for its followers. One of the most important of which is the golden rule to treat your neighbor as you would want to be treated. Is it possible to live a life without religion? Yes, however, that does not mean you should not retain morals. I myself do not believe in the god(s) that all of the religions preach. I do accept that perhaps there was(is) a creator of the universe; at the same time I take into account evolution and scientific evidence(not quite sold on the big bang theory though).
It is certainly possible to have "no religion." Atheism is considered a following simalar to a religion so I would say you can definatley not have a religion.
Hi, I make food at a restaurant but I'm not a chef. Hi, I have eyes, human DNA, a human body, human thinking, and human abilities but I'm not a human. Hi, I have been born and raised in Germany, have never moved out, have German ancestry, and have German citizenship but I'm not German.

It was handily futile. ------- Is it possible to have no hair? Is it possible to have no citizenship? Is it possible to have no political alignment? Religion is a set of beliefs, and you don't have to believe in anything, really.
