IN America these two things are the the leading topics in the industry. Nudity however is taken more as a bad think and graphic violence not so much, do you think this is right

Violence hurts, nudity doesn't. In some ways it's a part of life. I personally don't like violence for all the damage it can do.

I dont get how its a part of our culture... and yes i saw fish died before and animals but i just mean that nudity is worst................

It is a part of the culture because depending on how you're raised, you're going to react differently to different things.

Let's say that peanut butter equals violence, while jelly is nudity. If you lived in a society that told you jelly (nudity) was bad, then all through your life you would try to stay away from jelly, and would encourage others to do so also. Same goes for peanut butter (violence). Of course some people like them together...but that's unrelated. I guess I should have used a better example. Anyway, do you understand now? If you're told something you're going to have different views on it than someone who was told something else. All about perception, which is affected by our culture and environment.

whilst nudity is temporary, and when you get older you don't have objections to it anymore XD

And if you live in a different environment you won't ever have objections to it. Like I said before, in Germany nudity isn't a big deal at all. Nudity to them is like violence is to us, no big deal for the most part.

think we should start out own nudist colony called The AG Nudists.

Haha, that would just be creepy. (I'm American so that means that I've grown up viewing nudity as unnatural, if you will.)

Hope I helped you understand better, Brenda_1997

I don't think thats true.. I just don't like it thats all.. To me its gross and disgusting. I've been raised in a perfect environment, no one calls it bad it's just me who calls it bad.. Anyways thats just my opinion on nudity ugh..

Of course personal opinion is a factor, but that is also influenced by culture. You'll probably understand what I'm saying soon, it takes a bit of open mindedness to understand. Not saying you're not open-minded, but it's a bit complicated to see how it all relates back.

nudity in particular is something for privacy, not to go prancing around in the streets. I, and many other people do not much appreciate seeing it in the public. In a movie, ya sure I don't mind violence and nudity, b/c that is what paid to watch, i should know what im paying to see. But violence and nudity are something that should not be exposed to children, keep it innocent until they are older, and more mature. though I imagine there's a whole bunch of 12yr olds on this cite who have already seen both :S

Really, violence is much worse than nudity. Nudity is just a part of life, and whilst violence is also, violence is something that harms another human. Besides, it's not necessarily a bad thing to see someone nude, as long as it isn't in public- because nudity is a part of life, absolutely and undeniably, and nudity doesn't harm people.

P: *raises hand*
M: You're eleven.
P: Oh yeah *pulls hand down*

So, nudity doesn't harm anyone. Unless children are being abused for the sake of pr0n... Really, violence will always be more harmful.

Either can harm none, or harm all I suppose. For example, playing a game that has violence can be relaxing, without harming anyone - ever. On the other hand, someone who is mentally unstable to begin with could see it as an example, with horrible results.

Same goes for nudity... there's nothing wrong with the human body, so we shouldn't be scared of it. But excess could lead to rape, porn/sex addictions and a lot more.
