War never changes, only the people who start them, I want to be President one day, well, My thoughts, why cant we bribe the Somalis for info on Osama, because they're connected, lets stop national spending and make our own things, use the products our country makes, food, and supplies, Actually enforce laws, Make a True peace with Russia, actually leave Iraq and let them handle their own stuff, When our national debt goes down or is gone, prices lower, that means we can buy oil, or we can just use or own, right now, Im only 17, but when Im old enough Im going to get Into congress (there's difference in try and do) then presidency, Then The US will be good, and the way it should be, go ahead and comment, oh and about war, well, with my thoughts and ideas, well have Russia backing us again, so we can do what ever we want

Wow, you are a terrible economist.

If you were president, this nation would truely be destroyed.
Seriously, don't even get into politics.

actually, politics is all about lies, that was a taste of my so called economics, maybe my thought are to ruin this country, America is too big headed, Have you noticed I said what all the leaders have tried....

Quick thing. No chance unless you fix your grammar, that's one massive run on sentence.

As for the rest of it...it wouldn't work in practice. The Somalis who are connected to Osama, is there are any, wouldn't be bought out by bribes easily.
National spending is required for America to survive. We don't have the resources to do everything on our own. We may have a few natural resources, but its not enough to meet the incredibly massive demand that we produce.
Actually enforce laws? I'm not sure about this one. Laws are enforced, its only when corruption sets in that its not, in which case once the corruption is uncovered they're removed from power, and the laws are once again enforced....
Making a true peace with Russia. We have a peace, problem is that both sides aren't willing to trust each other. That's the way it is. Neither side would be completely willing to dismantle their intelligence networks, in case the other side doesn't do the same despite saying they will. Your right, politics is about lies, and this is no exception
We destroyed Iraq's infrastructure, now we have to stay until its able to stand on its on. Its getting there, but there's still more to be done
National debt isn't just going to disappear. We spend too much, and your idea of only producing our own goods doesn't work.
The only way to solve the issue of oil is to not use it. Prices will go up as supplies dwindle, and there's no way to avoid that unless we switch to alternative energy sources
America is pretty big headed, I can't deny that one.

Read the other comments, and I don't care to watch my Grammar. As you see I can type just fine. Back to topic, I think America is too BIG HEADED. I listed everything that other Politicians thought of, because that is most generally the mostly untaught portion of America who believes that way. Politics is composed of lies, America needs a good leader not some president who offers false HOPE. But by including Russia into the mix, well come on the U.S. of frigging A needs to be with Russia. Don't you think that Russia would be a good ally if we offered real peace? p.s. I think my grammar is fine.............

Yeah...good luck with that. I doubt you could get elected if you wrote your speeches as a single sentence.
As I said, America is big headed.
No, you have not listed every other thing politicians have tried. You haven't even said on what topic, you're acting like this is all the entire US government has tried in its entire history. War and leadership is much, much too broad a topic
Politics is composed of lies. I mean come on, that's practically the definition of it today.
To the Obama reference, your clueless. You really are. The President doesn't have that much power. Everyone seems to make him (or, hopefully at some point her), as the master of everything that happens in government. The system is designed so that can't happen! I have so many problems with that statement I don't even know where to begin. Just because things aren't perfect for you doesn't mean he's a bad leader.
As for your "Good leader" do you have any idea what it takes? There is no good leader. As long as there is a two-party system, there will never be a good leader, as one side will always have a problem with the other. Offering "real peace" isn't going to just fix things overnight
And your obsession with Russia is misplaced. We aren't going to get a perfect ally out of Russia, pretty much no matter what we try. There's always going to be tension or even hostility, as neither side will ever completely trust each other. We'd have a much better potential ally in China if we could someone connect with them, but on the other hand I have a serious problem with China's human rights abuses and system of government. Ignoring that and going back to your Russian idea, yes, it'd be nice to have Russia as a "real" ally, but they're a failing superpower, with spiked crime rates and a incredibly array of problems.

Russia is not gonna back the US and there's no way around it

You can't just go into a country destroy their military, depose their leader, destroy most of the country and just leave them to deal with it on their own that'd basically make the US the biggest d-bag country out of them all

also no you can't just stop national spending and contrary to popular belief one congressman whether they are in the house or senate cannot make a difference

That's not going to work out too well man, especially on these forums where a lot of people are grammar/spelling Nazis. (me being one of those, a lot of the time)

It really is to your benefit to use correct grammar and spelling though. People will take you much more seriously and you'll be able to convey your opinions better. It's just like when you're actually talking, if you use broken English people are going to have to focus on understanding what you're saying, as in words, instead of what your ideas are.

I think America is too BIG HEADED

I agree to a point, although America is one of the few countries who can impact another country. Whether it's in a positive or negative way. So it's not entirely unjustified.

who offers false HOPE

False hope is better than no hope. Obama's hope is not false hope anyway, sure some things won't be able to be done but I believe that during his term he can turn the country around.

well russia aint too keen on helping america... you know with all the animosity and such going on... against america.

We also would not bribe people involved in crime because that would make the government look corrupt.

We tried bribing the Somalis to take down a warlord and that failed miserably (Black Hawk Down)

lets stop national spending and make our own things, use the products our country makes, food, and supplies,

Yes, because complete isolation works. Take a look at North Korea. They are the most isolated nation in the world, and probably the poorest.

Actually enforce laws,

What laws?

Make a True peace with Russia,

Hahaha. Good luck with that. While you're at it, make peace between abortionists and pro-life activists.

actually leave Iraq and let them handle their own stuff,

You can't just up and leave. A proper withdrawl takes a minimum of 6 months.

When our national debt goes down or is gone, prices lower, that means we can buy oil, or we can just use or own, right now,

How is the debt going to go down? You'd better start taxing hard.

Im only 17,

I can tell. Give it a few years, and you will only begin to start understanding how things work.

but when Im old enough Im going to get Into congress (there's difference in try and do) then presidency, Then The US will be good, and the way it should be,

Your plans have no backing. You can't just make things happen. There's a huge bureaucratic process with everything.

go ahead and comment, oh and about war, well, with my thoughts and ideas, well have Russia backing us again, so we can do what ever we want

Russia will never back us. It's called "balance of power" or "sphere of influence." The two most powerful nations will never get along.

exactly, why we need a left wing liberal like obama to blast moar taxes on to us.

Yes, because complete isolation works. Take a look at North Korea. They are the most isolated nation in the world, and probably the poorest.

obviously you have not learned anything about macro/micro economics at all. You need trade to improve standard of living, without trade we are screwed... Which is why I should have voted for Mccain (obama you sonofa beach).

I actually remember that, But also like Lucifer said, Americans were not willing to associate with the terrorists in Pakistan, Iraq.. ect. what makes you think they'll take a deal to Somalia?

Im only 17,

read more news, Gosh you are making young adults seem like the apathetic, morale-less retards the rest of the country thinks we are.
