Agreement... I agree because it is a bad thing for people to do. And even if it legal, it is against the Law so that if they do watch pornography, the are breaking the Law. I also think it should be illegal because in the Bible it says, PORN IS BAD!
Disagree... I disagree because sometimes pornography is good. For example, when you are at a Sperm Bank, where do you think the sperm came from? You probably would suggest that the male used pornography to masturbate causing the sperm to come out. So, pornography could be used for a good thing.

Anything "orn" is invented because porn is a term entirely and exclusively (as far as I can tell) used by humans. As for whether anything porn should be illegal, my feeling is that it should be tied to the acts themselves that are illegal i.e. if the making of said porn requires some act that is illegal then I think it's pretty obvious where I'm headed right? Since the making of that porn would therefore be illegal, shouldn't that property of illegality be conferred to the material itself for legal expediency?
As to what acts are illegal, that is a trickier question.

I understood Strops post though. He's basically saying that porn is only used by humans (other animals don't really have anything like it) and that possession should be illegal only if the means to make it are illegal. Meaning, if it's illegal to create a certain type of pornography possession should be illegal as well.
