Disagree... I disagree because sometimes pornography is good. For example, when you are at a Sperm Bank, where do you think the sperm came from? You probably would suggest that the male used pornography to masturbate causing the sperm to come out. So, pornography could be used for a good thing.
Of course not! It goes against our Constitution! The First Amendment goes against that!

The Bible says a lot of things. It also says not to eat shellfish. Not everyone is Christian, therefore why should they have to live by the Bible?

Porn is not neccessary to make your donation, but I guess it helps. But that's beside the point. My main argument for keeping porn legal is a liberal one. People shoud have the freedom to watch what they want in the privacy of their own homes.

What I am saying is, why is it a bad thing to do? And just because it's in the bible, it won't stop people from doing things that are 'wrong'.
I mean, I'm not a porn addict, but making something illegle such as porn would be the stupidest thing ever! Come on, if every one wanted something banned because the 'bible' said it's 'bad' we'd have to get rid of a lot of things.
Child pornography, should be, and is illegal. (Which is good)
However, when it is done by consenting adults I don't believe that is bad. I also believe that prostitution shouldn't be gone after. I mean it's not hurting anyone for the most part.
I do believe though that more efforts need to be made to assure that minors don't have access to pornography. When they were creating those videos or w/e, I don't think that they were intending for horny 14 year old kids to watch it.
Could you explain please? Your post was a bit confusing, as you didn't quote anything and it doesn't really seem that sick to make pornography illegal. I'd actually expect someone to say it's sick to make it legal.
There's nothing wrong with expressing yourself through pornography. As Lauren Gray(I think thats what her name is...) would say "It's not bad to be a slut". What should be illegal is posting revealing pictures/videos on the internet against someones will.
Hmmm its the internet. You can do what ever you want. I dont think it affects anyone who knows people who watch it. Its kind of a personal affair, so people dont talk about it much. Concerning the problem if you dont like it dnt watch it. True, but they mainly made it for people over 18. Just because they know younger people will watch it doesn't mean they want them to though, so I think it should be harder for them to get to it.
