Hammering away at my pillow, watching a movie, drawing some messed up picture, or playing/listening to music. If I can't do those I normally yell... really loud >_>.
When I get stressed out with school or work, I usually do one of the followings... --Go into my hot tub and relax --Squeeze a stress ball --Take a hot bath (It is not the feminine) --Take a walk around my apartment --Watch a movie that is comedy

It's always funny when the straight-A students show up to school high and nobody says anything...
But of course I try to keep away from drugs. If worst comes to shove, I just beat the crap out of a punching bag or something. Exercise helps get rid of stress and anxiety so well... which is good. I don't handle stress well. I have panic disorder. <_< >_>
