I would probably get one if: a) I ever got enough money to get it done b) I could get a spot in the calender by some of the best artists here c) I finally figure out what the motive should be
But not anything big or anything, I am not counting on dying young, while it still look good.
I've got a design for a skinhead pinup chick that will begin my sleeve. I'm booked in to get it next month but I can't get the image to work. So I'll just get a photo when it's d0one.
Well Ive just been looking through these forums and ive decided to bring this one back to life :P
Anywayz on the subject of tattoos....i think their like sooo awsome! I design my own tattoos but i dont have any tho ...Im only like 15/16 and my mum says your tattoo starts to kinda sag i think when your at tehpoint of old age! is this true?
I'm not so sure. The work directly on my tailbone was not painful at all; nor was the spine. Some of my ribs was a bit uncomfortable, but my shoulder blades & the sides of the neck were chirping agony; like, *real* pain. Still, I wouldn't trade away those sensations for anything.
I had one on the top of my shoulder which hurt a lot, and one on my butt which I barely felt, so I made the link between fat and non fatty areas. I just remembered that there are far less pain sensors in your back than there are in other parts of the body, so maybye that could be a reason.
As for the sensation itself, I didn't find it to be particularly enjoyable, as I have quite a low pain threshold, but it was certainly an interesting experience.
The most annoying part were the days immediately afterwards, where it was painful when I rubbed my shoulder on things or put a seatbelt on for example.
