the object of my argument against the opinionated claim of 'spamming' was that it was for spamming with multiple accounts. I claim that you don't know if there's millions of these happenings. There could be one person 'spamming' (fitting the definition of his) with 20 accounts.
There's a little saying from a fame somewhere that goes something along the lines of "You're only cheating if you get caught". People don't go around accusing others at random. Once there's a kind of evidence or strong suspicions based on recurring tendencies, then the hammers may fall. You, for one, openly admitted to the alt herd being yours.

I was playing along with my alt because I find the idea funny, although game-breaking (like an infinite money cheat - it's fun to play with at first, but then you realize all the challenge has gone). I wasn't even considering banning for it, though I'd definitely have gone "Okay, adding new rule here because you found a loophole that makes the game too easy..." I can see Gantic's points, though. But I'm less serious than he is (didn't he point that out?).

just wanted to make sure frank didn't mistake Alt for mine so i could make the not circumventing 30 second rule claim. I think it's going a bit far out to say talking with yourself in a no-AP zone with more than 5 words each post is spamming.
