The OP is unclear as to the exact purpose of the thread, but I think I have the right idea.
I think it's true to say that opinions on here are rather polarised with very few moderates.
On the religious side we have Creationsim and Intelligent Design, on the scientific side we have Evolution and Darwinism.
On the political side we have Liberalism vs Conservatism, linked to the whole Egalitarianism vs Non-Egalitarianism.
I think it's human nature to boil down everything to absolute simplicity, no matter how wrong this is, and this is reflected in the threads created here on AG.

CSPAN. BBC. That argument doesn't work- we're arguing Fox's bias ONLY!!! NOT THE BIAS OF OTHER NEWS STATIONS! And they are biased. Many people think so. Even other conservatives.

You cannot use one show as a baseline for your argument. Please provide another.
Compare BBC or C-SPAN to Fox, then. BBC and C-SPAN are unbiased. Lookig at the two, you can easily tell the bias of Fox in general. Hannity. O'Reilly. Laura Ingraham. You can't possibly deny the bias of these people.
The BBC aren't totally unbiased. They are state funded, but can't be seen to take any sides, althoug with some issues it's pretty obvious which side they are taking, like the Israeli Palestinian conflict for instance.

Why don't we compare some more popular news stations. CNN, ABC, NBC. All far more bias than Fox. And I actually detect a hint of liberalism in my local Fox station.

You can't answer that can you? fox news is biased because rupert murdoch told them to develop into a more conservative media outlet, and forsake journalism if it meant a shot at liberals or democrats. just watch "outfoxed" you will know what im talking about. what that news organization does is simply...attack, really. yes, they have a few stories of value, but they spent SO much effort running a smear campaign of lies and fear-mongering against obama. calling him a "muslim" and saying "we dont know the real obama" and so on and so forth. it was sickening yes, other news organizations are biased, but not nearly as much as fox. although MSNBC is almost the opposite. tho billo's counterpart: keith olberman, is eloquent instead of being a dou***. but CBS, ABC, MSNBC, FOX...all biased...CNN is....marginally biased, but the least so of them all. so there...i answered it. would you like me to elaborate even more?
