Now then, think for a second. You have just entered a similar world to your own, your parents and family are still there, but you have a choice. You could become a superhero, or even a supervillain in this world upon entering. Now then, once you have chosen, you notice something. Your town that you had lived in is now ten times bigger, the size of a metropolis. Upon further investigating, you find that the city is in a territorial crisis, it being divided in a middle line. The heroes and villains are each on the different sides. After going to your side, an official of the city comes to you to teach you of your powers. It turns out that you can focus them into "moves". Here's where the rhetorical part comes in. If you were a superhero/supervillain, what would your costume be, and what powers would you have? Also, no being completely uncreative and saying "rainbow", "all the powers ever known", or "the ability to transform into other people and have their powers", or "stealing peoples powers just by looking at them", or anything of that like. It's godmodding and it makes you look like a person who likes Mary Sues.
Personally, if I had the choice, I'd focus all my "owers" into making robots, and 1, being the main robot, had a built in camera with controls so I could remote control it and a platoon I'd make for it. I'd be a SuperVillain, because it's just plain more fun.
Costume : Black with some red stripes on it (like the Asp snake) Mask of a asps head.
Side : Hero
Power: Amazing power to dodge (reflex) and strike. Has posion claws
Storyline (cause Im bored) : Lost down a sewer and never seen again - a asp adopted him into family of snakes. Then he re-emerged - nobody knew him. Untill the streets sounded his name in awe of the hero, ASP!

High Voltage is important though... It is something like for every 10,000V, you can go 1cm... So, your range would only be about 1.5meters... To really do some damage from long distances, you would need it in the hundreds of millions of Volts...
Oh, and it is Amp's only that cause damage. Volts don't really make a difference, it is just the current that kills. Now, lets say you had:
100,000,000 Volts 5 Amperes
You would have a range of 100 meters and would have the ability to kill people instantly (it only takes around 14 miliamps to kill the heart...)

Especially as Chaotic and Lawful are opposites, which means chaotic "honourable" would be a wonderful oxymoron.

I think it's pretty much impossible to have someone psychotic and still be lawful.
