Yesterday, June 6, 2009, was the 65th anniversary of D-Day. I thought, then, that it would be interesting to make an RPG off of the events of D-Day and Operation Overlord. This RPG is open for three people.
Division Once a division has been taken, another person cannot take it. You may choose from:

Upgraded class is the Sniper, deadly at long-range and one-on-one combat. Sub-machinegunner: Starts with the M1A1 Thompson, as well as a Colt M1911 pistol and two other items of your choice. Parsat If you could get a couple more people to help run this could you allow it to have more people because only 3 people on the internet, where thousands of people go isnt really fair to those who havnt had the chance to be around when this started
yeah keeton but can any one man create an RPG for the whole Allied Army?! How about we spend a year planning for the ultima RPG where there are 50 admins, 500 moderators and 1000 writers where each writer controls three people. Using advanced technology we can track their individual posts an---NO!
Since people have also wanted in, and I had no idea this game would become so popular, I will expand this to other events in WWII. Please refer to the application on the first page. The divisions you may choose from now are:
The 79th Infantry Division, fighting at Cherbourg The 1st Ranger Battalion, fighting in Tunisia The VI Corps, fighting in the French town of Montelimar
Keeton: As the GM of this RPG, you cannot tell me what to do, nor is the Internet fair in any sense. First come, first serve is perfectly fair. However, I've taken your advice and included three more campaigns for three more people to join.
Hey Parsat, I have an Idea to make things somewhat easier, Go to webs.com its a free website making thing, But you can make your own forums with Moderators, and stuff
yeah I've heard of webs.com but that website can be overlooked. Here in the blooming internet industry known as ArmorGames (compliment) it's more likely to be popular. Nice addition of the new divisions.
I didn't mean to tell you what to do, I was suggesting, but in my current state of tired suggestions sound like orders....Im using the little red lines thingy to correct my spelling
You run down the trenches, surprising the Germans there and quickly taking them out with your Garand and Colt in close combat. The Rangers are skilled, and eventually the tide turns towards them. The bunkers are soon silenced. You regroup with the rest of the men.
"Past this manor should be where they're hiding the artillery guns. Hawkeye, Johnson, Wilson, I want the three of you to flank left while we stay here and engage the troops. Also, here's a bayonet for your Garand; its former user isn't going to be using it anymore."
You take the bayonet and move to the left with your comrades. Your Ranger companions have started the firefight, taking cover behind the stone fences. You have several places you can investigate:
A) Inside the manor. The guns definitely aren't in there, but it could offer you a higher view. B) Behind the manor. Maybe it's in the backyard? C) The vineyard on the other side of the manor. D) The village just past the manor.
Using Johnson and Wilsons covering fire and support, breach the manor and work my way to the top floor where I can analyse where they are and relay the message back to the main group.
