(Well actually, we aren't, but we're hosting a story-telling competition in which you get to create and play a character who wants to become a mod...but if you do good you might score a role in a GAME. OR AN ANIMATION. HOW EPIC IS THAT OMG!?)

Anyway. Way of Moderation Trial is now open.

Some of you may ask "well why are you making this thread!?" It's because Cenere and I, in our infinite wisdoms, acknowledge that many people would like to read about the WoM but not necessarily take part in it. This is the thread in which you can speculate about it without having to set foot in that godforsaken Art forum, where deadlines automatically lengthen by a random power of e, and the natural laws of spam are inverted!

(Also if you don't go to the art forums regularly but you're still interested IN BEING PART OF EPIC WIN, this is our way of letting you know about it. Think about it!)

This might be the most awesome way of advertising. And just for the record:

Now you mention it, Strop you should put some kind of warning, you know, in case someone asks to be a moderator. <_<. People tend to skip the big wall o' text and answer whatever the opening question is.

Nope, as this is a thread with a purpose. It is not advertising, it is making a thread for discussion the ongoing events of the WoM.
As I stated, those sort of discussions might be related to the WoM, but does not fit the Art section, nor any of the other sections. That is why it is in the Tavern.

There is no such thing. (And I deleted your post for being very pointless.)

If you think a thread should be locked, report it to a moderator. Preferably a different moderator than the one who posted it, though threads posted by moderators rarely needs to be locked.

And GAGAMEN, please consider if what you're about to say is actually worth posting before you post it... That comment about the smileys is just - off topic and unnecessary...

Now, for me to actually be on topic...

Well, first thing first:
Please enter, it will make us happy.
Take a look in the Off. AG. Chara. thread (a sticky), and use that to make a ref for your character. Email it, and wait for the approval.
After that it is just waiting.
When the next round begins, Strop will specify what you should write/draw about, and so forth.
Think of it as some kind of RPG, just cooler.

And if you are not breaking the rules, there is no reason for the dungeon (which is somewhat similar to a ban)
