I always was a light eater. I never ate much, thus I had a weight problem. 13 years old(Risking giving my age to petifiles), and around 85 pounds. Underweight, I know. But recently, I've started eating much, much more. I feel like I can eat three boxes of pizza by myself. Once, I was only a little hungry, and I ate 5 pieces of pizza, than had 3 pieces of cake. And I was still hungry. The weird thing is, I haven't gained any weight faster.
you just have a fast matabalism. Also, you may eat a lot every once in a while, but during the average day you probally don't eat enough. This can generally be caused from lack of food in the house.
You could possibly try drinking plenty of water to fill your stomach that way you have a full filling, or eating soup first and then a meal. Most likely you just have a fast metabolism. I'm a big guy (musclar), and I lift weights daily but I eat several times a day. To be specific I eat something about every 2-3 hours. Basically you should never have that hungry feeling, but don't gorge yourself, eat just enough then stop and you should be fine.
not sure dude. i'm not a big eater myself but i'm thirteen and i weigh 116. try excercising and doing things that build up muscle. muscle weighs more than fat and if you build up enough of it you'll have more weight. but yeah i'd say yur way underwight.
I'm 15, 5'7, and 120 pounds. So a bit on the under weight side, but I just seem not to gain weight fast. I mean I eat enough, probably a bit too much at times, but it doesn't seem to affect me.
My guess though is that it's just you have a fast metabolism. Maybe see a doctor if you're too worried though.
