And where might I ask you get that info, Gematria?
Well these two species have fantasized me for a long time, and you see movies of the creatures and thats where most people get thier thoughts of these creatures from, and/or books.. But you notice everytime they make a new movie about these things its completly different, even in books. So i've tried to piece together how everything was different, For instance why would a vampire only be able to go outside at night when its said they can starve from the lack of blood within hours, so they say they sleep to pass it over, but not being immortal you'd just die in your sleep... Otherwise i dont quite understand yet where I get these answers.. or opinions from..
I thought lycans/werewolfs can only change in full moon?
Yes folklore myths, funny cause a wolf tends to howl at the moon, now a wolf like mythical creature must be effected by this "Full moon". It's just story.

Werewolves A) Don't actually exist and B) Every source I've ever seen has *ONLY* full moon transformation. Sorry if I'm shooting you down it's just. . . Where are you getting odd, non-mainstream info on mythical creatures?
Actually [*rest of post removed to avoid wall of text*]
You can't go into a thread like this and talk like you have "facts" while everyone else don't.
The only facts you can deliver about lycanthropes and/or vampires are fictional facts about them from a specific kind of setting. Like the movie Dracula. Like the roleplays World of Darkness or Dungeons & Dragons. Like the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series. Like (oh noes!) the Twilight book thingy.
There are facts about them in all of them. And even though a fair bit of these facts contradict each other, they are still facts. They are just facts that cannot be taken out of the world/setting they belong to.
Facts about imaginary beings whose existence you cannot prove can not be stated as ultimately true facts. Unless you limit the facts to be about a specific version of the myth.
I'm not saying I have facts im just trying to express a different opinion on how I think they are, outside of the facts contradicting one another.
Almost like predator, "said to be based on a true story" Just like vampires and werewolves have, but like predator if that was true then how would anyone know they were a form of hunter.. Vampires and werewolves aren't just from books, or storys, they came from true stories way back when civilization wasnt quite big enough to really react to these things like we would be now, so attacks were more often, hunting groups dissapearing, if survivors comes tales of large savge wolf beings, or people coming home and finding a fanged being feeding on thier loved one. So im just trying to portray what I think Mythical beasts might be beyond what everyone knows.
Of course the myth stems from somewhere. But they're still only myths, and loads of fake info gets attached to myths as they grow.
making it sound like I had the answers no one else has.
That was basically the problem~
Because it is on the topic of something that is generally considered purely fantastic/imaginary, you end up looking either crazy or ignorant if you forget to include that it is just how you see it and believes it to be.
Honestly, it's fine to have a different idea of how the critters work. Makes things more interesting. Just can't call it a final truth about 'em~
Lycan cause it would be cool to just like rip people in half with your two arms (legs i guess if ur a wolf like thing lol) and like bite people and kill them really easy. I also like the sun so i would like to be able to go in it and from what i'm reading, touch running water...
Vampires!! They are ssoooooo cooler than lycans.. Vampires are quick, move silently and they know what they're doing.. Lycans just go berserk and start killing..
Lol ya I dont understand that water part.. I doubt a vampire would not cross running water, If they fear its holy, then they should really know they aren't in a church.
Lycan because they dont just go berserk but because there is a brotherhood bond between those among the pack, yes they are a mythical beast that travels in packs, Id be the leader (Usually female but not always)
