Britain. One word: history. It has some of the most interesting places/people/events in world history. I'm a great admirer of their military (I would love to see the HMS Victory) and has one of the greatest cultures in the world. I have not encountered any Brits before, but I'm sure they are passionate people. The weather would fit me perfectly. (Here in America, I absolutely hate warm,sunny days! They are some of the worst days!!!! You can call me insane, but I love cloudy/rainy/cold days). Indeed, I come from Irish,Scottish,English decadence, so I have a natural born interest in Britain. Would be a lovely place to go to, if I could. Some day I will, I promise you that.
