Whenever I enter AG, 3 pop-ups come out, always about emoticons and mouse pointers....etc. It gets annoying because my browser freezes for about 30 seconds. My pop-up blocker is set on moderate which means it will only only pop-ups that I were to click on. Can AG do something about this? And I don't want anyone getting all rumbled or shaken up about this because I'm direct. I'm expressing the way I feel about the issue so don't get pushy. =D

I get the occasional "Find Your Classmates" pop-up. It's annoying, but no big deal really.

Are you running IE and/or running ENIAC?

Pop-ups are always annoying, but they do generate more income

When you focus a lot on casual plays and unique visitors, getting more money from Joe Doe who will access the website only once is a good deal

A nice way to fix this is not having pop-ups for logged users, people who are part of AG community

Well, the problem can be solved relatively easily. Just increase Pop-up blocker's strength to the maximum.

Well, if not just bear with it (easier said then done actually), but that's how AG runs. On money from ads. No ads, no AG. A long time problem that has been mentioned over and over again.

And constantly when I refresh a page there is that same ad from Classmates. It's so annoying, maybe even to cause people to leave AG.

Try to go to internet options>security>trusted sites>set custom level and then enable pop-up blocker.
They still come out, forcefully by the site. Dang ads...

I'm running Internet Explorer.

use firefox, it's safer and stops many ads.

I also have Internet Explorer and only one popup comes out when i go to AG but maybe its because i have Kaspersky Internet Security

It depends from the speed of your internet, but I would say maximum some minutes.

no offence but using internet explorer is just dumb..
opera and firefox are alot better

I don't get any popups from ag.. and I use firefox

Get Firefox, it stops most ads and if you want a pop-up to appear(like for some features on certain websites) you can temporarily allow pop-ups. On AG, the only Ads I get are when I look at my favorite game page. It redirects to a Ad.

If someone leaves Ag because of ads, they're an idiot.

The ads aren't leaving. The site needs them.

And firefox is like the best browser out there. . .their adblocker and pop-up blocker work really well.
