What do you think is the saddest moment from any show ever? Soap opera's don't count for obvious reasons.

Here is mine

I think its sad we good television show get canceled but i would agree with everyone those are some sad moments but when Mr. Bean's car got ran over I laughed. But on the subject of Rowan Atkinson its sad at the end of his show Blackadder goes forth when they all go over the top. it doesnt make you cry but it makes you think. strange ending for such a funny show.

Poor Billy Mays... *cries* I'll miss him yelling at us to buy something.

They still show his commercials for some reason.

I'm not sure it is sad but tommy coopers death live on air would be up there. He colapsed due to a heart attack but the audience thought it was part of the act and laughed. Unsurpsisinlgy I can't really show you snuff films so here is Tommy at his best. (beware historically Americans have never "got" Tommy, at one show the manager asked him "why is tricks wer goig wrong&quot

The sades moment...movies...The land in the beginning of time or something like that I think it's called....you know with the dinos...when the mum dies in the beginning of the first movie and the main character is there next to her crying....

or
Lion king...when Simba comes to his dad when he is dead and tries to wake him up...

those two are the tear makers

When I saw that as a kid I cried for at least 10 minutes, I remember the other children crying too. It's one of the saddest movie moments ever.

In the movie "Terminator" when that little red light in his eye went out, and he didn't even get to kill those people *sheds a single tear* *in seething hate* look what you made happen.

holy god, that is a tear jerker. Maybe because I could relate. But only slightly

I would have to say... the entire 3rd season of morel orel (an adult swim show). I cried twice, it was a major tear jerker.

The saddest moment in history was when the Sham-Wow guy did a commericial for the "Slap Chop" and said "You're gonna like my nuts."

Sad in a "wow....someone didn't realize how stupid that would sound" kind of way, lol.

It's called The Land Before Time. And I agree, that's a very sad moment. Decently played too.

There's been a lot of moments in series and movies that've made me tear up, but most I forget about. When I was little I really couldn't watch The Neverending Story without sobbing when Atreyu's horse dies, though... Dunno if I'd still get tears going today, but it's what comes to mind when I try to think of a genuinely sad moment.

And just because I'm still on a BtVS fangirling trip: Season finale of season five, that whole suicide thing. Pretty sad. Also really sad, Tara getting killed.
Aside from that I honestly don't remember much TV material, so I'll just stick to the movies part...
