Rocco's Modern World! Watched that when I was little and and its far better than any other cartoon that we see today. Cept for Ren and Stimpy. Those two tie for first place on the best cartoons ever made.

sorry for the triple post but looking back at how much I liked the show I went to watch a few clips on YouTube and the show is actually named Rocko's Modern Life. Haven't seen the show for a long time when I read Rocco I immediately what you were talking about and forgot what it was actually named lol
