Blink 182- With one of their best songs ever I miss you
New Found Glory- a band that started a lot of fuss and popularity
Or Nirvana- A band that started a new type of music Grunge!

Pick the best out of these three. and if you don't know who they are you are quite frankly a little dumb! HAHA just kiddng

They're punk-ish. They're not competely punk, but they're punk enough to be punk.

Blink 182,the bassist Mark Hoppus broke the sterotype that bass players are quiet and unimportant to a group. If you don't agree, two words.Travis Barker. Also,Kurt didnt start it,but made it popular in the eyes of a hateful world.

blink-182 ALL THE WAY!
nirvana is waaay over-rated. either it's depressing or you can't understand it.
never heard of the third one so...guilty.

but blink-182 is a fun group. The are a lot like sum 41...though i think sum 41 is better :P(off topic i know but it's sooooo true!) :P

I think Alice In Chains is the best Grunge band. I love their songs like...Would?, Them Bones, and Man In The Box. Jerry Cantrell is an outstanding guitarist (back-up vocals) and Layne Staley was an outstanding grunge vocalist, a perfect combination.

Nirvana's only popular because of how many crackheads listen to them.

Never heard of the other one, so they're obviously not too great.

Blink-182 is awesome!!! They're just a fun and funny band. The drummer is relatively awesome as well.

Or you're just completely ignorant when it comes to music and only listen to mainstream bands. (And New Found Glory are a mainstream band so that just further proves your ignorance.)

Really? Mark Hoppus did this?

Are you sure it wasn't Les Claypool, Stanley Clark, Jaco Patorious, Victor Wooten, Stu Hamm, Matt Freeman, Justin Chancellor/Paul D'Amour, Jerry Only, Cliff Burton (Ugh), Steve Harris? Any of them, or their predecessors? It was for sure Mark Hoppus?

You kids have to be joking. Do some musical research before posting bullshit as Fact.

Your name betrays your musical ignorance. the_manta and i know the best bands around. Why? Because someday we're gonna BE one of the best bands out there. we research this crap all the time to where now, if we've never heard of them, they are definitly NOT one of the best bands around.
Anyway I listened to them after my post a couple days ago....they are very unoriginal.
I hear their songs and there is absolutly nothing that separates them from groups like The dangerous summer, anberlin, and The bravery...actually anberlin plays with more emotion. but yeah...no good.

Ymmmmmm. . .tat logic is flawed. Badly. Just because you haven't heard of them doesn't make them bad. And really, Nickelback isn't a good band so he isn't musically ignorant. Trust me, he knows tons about music stuff :/

Have you ever heard of the band Faunts? They're great. You probably haven't, unless you played Mass Effect and payed attention to the end credits.

New Found Glory aren't special in the least. They have no distinguishing traits whatsoever, and... They're really not very good as it is. They're alright, but not worth being one of the best Punk, Grunge, or Alternative bands ever. Honestly. All I was saying is if I, or too man other people for that matter, haven't heard of them, then there's definitely nothing too special about them, which WarTank and I have already clarified. Nlink-182 & Nirvana are much better than them, even if Nirvana is highly overrated.
